Comfort and Luxury - We were collected promptly from our hotel in a white Lexus which was very comfortable. Our driver was friendly and contacted me to advise on his arrivals. We bought the Golden Tours transportation and entry tickets to Warner Brothers Harry Potter Experience and it was a fun easy day out.

Incredible studio; needed more time - The bus was on-time with plenty of seating available. It wasn't too hard to find and we just got right on. There was a whole thing in the emails about redeeming your voucher but it was all at the same spot when we got on the bus. The studio tour itself was just incredible and well-worth it. It's very tightly controlled, however, so you need to make sure you're ready to go in (because you can't go back out), and ready to leave each section. Even the shops in certain parts of the tour have unique or exclusive items. There is a place to eat before you enter that has a different menu than the restaurant about halfway through the studio. The timing ended up being quite tight for us and we had to rush through the rest of the exhibits after eating. That's by far my biggest issue is that there wasn't enough time allotted by the bus to spend there. We could have used another 1-2 hours at the studio. I'm not sure if there are other tour options that have a more flexible departure time, they all seemed to give you about 4 hours there, which just wasn't enough. The bus was supposed to be air conditioned but on the way back they turned it off as it got too cold downstairs. That left the top of the bus very uncomfortable. The in-seat screens were also not working. And although the branded bus is cool to look at from the outside it actually makes it very hard to see outside, which I was interested in doing. So in summary, anyone who is a Harry Potter fan should absolutely go to this studio tour, but try to find transportation with more flexible timing or more time at the studio itself. And plan your visit and your shopping carefully.

The Harry Potter Experience - Wonderful experience, I am not personally a super fan but I enjoyed every moment. I think it is worth to come. I believe that using Golden Tours helps the transportation and easy access.

Expensive, but the way to get tickets if the studio is sold out - The studio tour itself was amazing, 5 star. But Golden Tours was just average. I went to book about a month in advance through the studio and tickets were all sold out for the 4 days I'd be in the area. I paid significantly more to book through Golden Tours, which had LOTS of tickets available. Seems like a scam to set aside so many more tickets at such a higher rate instead of just selling them through the studio. The ticket times available were deceptive. When clicking the link to Golden Tours on the WB studio website it shows far fewer time options than if you google and go direct to the Golden Tours website. I was able to change my time by connecting with an agent once I realized there were a lot more tickets available. I also did the "find my own way" option since I knew the train would be quicker (less than 1 hr each way) than sitting on the bus, though also an added expense. Once at Watford Junction I had to wait for a shuttle bus. Unfortunately there were more people in line than room on the bus, so had to wait for the next bus. Quite inconvenient, but still quicker than the bus I think.

Sweaty bus, disorganized - Trip from Kings Cross to the Harry Potter studio was awful. The bus was old and had no A/C. The ride was long. The attendants at Kings Cross were good. When we got to the studio, the attendant asked to see email and did not explain that tickets were in envelope. We took an earlier bus back to Baker St. on a newer bus with A/C. This tour for 2 adults was £268 and not worth it.

Overpriced and poor customer service - The start time details for Baker St were very confusing, and we turned up more than 30 minutes early. 4 hours isn't enough time to see the actual Tour without seriously rushing. The air conditioning on the way home didn't work upstairs on the bus. I thought I was going to pass out. And the film didn't work either. So there was no entertainment for the kids. Do not recommend.

A deplorable bus trip EN... - The studios are really interesting to discover for all Harry Potter fans! However, the transport was deplorable, a real scam... First of all, the seats are not comfortable, the screens do not even work, while you pay an astronomical price to take this bus, which was not even clean by the way. And what DE the driver's conduct... If you're motion sick, it's a no-go. What's more, you don't have much DE time to discover the studios since the time DE return is imposed (EN option, you only discover it after payment and in addition, on the D-day, we explain that you must be back 15 minutes before this famous time DE return)... Anyway, a scam... We did not have time DE do everything, or even make the shop and restaurant we wanted to test... To escape, it is better to find another solution to get to the studios, that is what we will do next time!

DON’T PURCHASE THIS “TOUR” - This wasn't a “tour” at all. It was an ordinary bumpy bus ride on an outdated double decker bus. The bus was decorated with Harry Potter images on the exterior. That was just to make you feel like you were going to get something good. Don’t waste your money on purchasing premium seats. There was no meet and greet as promised. It was just a boring bus ride. The premium seat was a hot, squishy seat at the front of the top deck. Air-conditioning was ineffective and because the TV screen wasn’t working we couldn’t watch a single HP movie. Even a driver dressed as Harry or Hermoine would be more exciting than the underwhelming three-hours return trip spent on that awful old rattling bus. All we got was an entry ticket to Warner Bros. The Making of HP was an excellent experience. Definitely don’t miss Warner Bros but please find a more engaging travel option than Golden Tours.
