Nice trip - Enjoy a nice trip from Westminster to Grenwich and back with any length of stop in Grenwich. The "guide" was very informative and fun. However, it depends a lot on which boat you travel on.

This was a fun way to see... - This was a fun way to see many of the sights in London. Our guide Dave was funny and knowledgeable. It was very easy to use the flexible timing of the tickets.

Good trip but more information is needed - Very good views of the river, buildings and sights of London, with an entertaining live commentary during the trip. Just a couple of problems: 1) I couldn't find any departure times online, or times of stopping at different landing-points, so it was difficult to plan ahead where we would be at what time, or how long the journey would take. 2) We bought tickets online for the (One-way) Fully Flexible Thames River Cruise and got on at Tower Pier. When we got to Greenwich, there was a 15-minute stop. The announcer said it was OK for passengers to get off the boat to stretch their legs, have a quick look round, then get back on again. We got off the boat briefly as instructed. When we tried to board again, the ticket-inspector said that we had one-way tickets, and that we couldn't get back on board. I explained that the announcer on the boat had said that this was OK to do. After 5 minutes of discussion, the ticket-inspector kindly let us back on board. So: if passengers with one-way tickets cannot get off and re-board, the announcer must make this very clear when doing announcements at Greenwich and should not tell passengers that it is OK to do so.

Great trip, but….. - We went on a City Cruise along the River Thames on a glorious sunny day – the perfect weather to soak in London’s iconic sights. Seeing the city from the water offered a unique and stunning perspective, and it truly was an amazing experience. The staff on board were friendly and helpful, and the live commentary was both informative and entertaining, with plenty of interesting facts and a few light-hearted jokes that kept the atmosphere enjoyable. The only downside to the experience was the overly pushy approach to tipping at the end. The guide, who had been great throughout, became a bit too forceful as we disembarked – standing with a silver bucket and making it feel almost obligatory to tip. It took away from what was otherwise a really lovely experience. That said, I would still highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking to see London from a different angle – just be prepared for a bit of pressure at the end.

Lame, lame, lame! - Terribly expensive for what it is. Very long and too long to go to Greenwhich. And then the audio comment... absolutely horrible and incomprehensible, even for an English 😅. We got out before the end because we were so sick of it. A total scam.

Should be better described - We couldn't do a hop in hop tour. We had only one single trip. The rest had to be paid separately. And that was not a little. Almost the same cost again.

Viator disappoints - Fully flexible is a farce. The boat company cancelled the boat that worked best alongside my full itinerary and then Viator did nothing to refund me. You buy flexible so that the time that works best for you is there. Very disappointed in Viator who gave no notice of the cancellation and refused to refund. Instead we were left scrambling to get to our next tour on time.

Make sure you have printed tickets. - Got to the pier. The app was supposed to go to the email with the ticket on it but I didn’t have an email. I had a booking reference and evidence I had booked but no go. And Contact Support? Yeah don’t bother

Beware of the false advertisement of round trip. - Absolutely shambles of a company to book. I booked return tickets for my visiting family. Upon arriving on the counter a I was told the tickets are one way only. Had to pay full charge for return tickets as my guests were from abroad and didn’t know the way around.
