Perfect Ending - This is a must! We caught our boat as a last minute ride from tge Tower of London to Westminster. The boat was packed and we had no where to sit. We ended up standing in the upper deck in the very back of the boat. It was spectacular!!! The views were awesome. It was right before sunset on a very warm and sunny day. We were able to see venues in a completely different way. Up close and panoramic views. Landed at Westminster Pier right before Big Ben chimed at 19:00. Perfect end to our six day visit.

GREAT CRUISE TO GREENWICH - Great cruise from Westminster to Greenwich - excellent commentary from the crew, great service for food/drinks on board. Would thoroughly recommend !

Thames river cruise - It was a little shorter than I expected but I may have not read the fine print. = ). I loved that they had drinks and food as well

Avoid, better boat tours out there. Misleading. - For starters, I don’t often write reviews but had to share my experience with this boat tours. When I made this booking, I was led to believe that we would be dropped back to the original drop point but this was incorrect and according to the staff member that finally came to speak to me after an incredibly rude guy who came down stairs and starting shouting at us to leave the boat but wouldn’t make any effort to come and speak to me regarding the misleading information on their 3rd party site! Finally another member of staff came who apologised for this gentleman and informed me that he’s one of the drivers and that he’s always like this?? Incredibly rude to paying customers when their own site is providing misleading information such as the tour being 1-2 hours. Nope. Try half an hour at best! And then the misleading information that we would be brought back the pickup point, incorrect! Incredibly poor customer service, I would recommend this company to keep this rude gentleman away from the paying customers until he learns how to speak to people. And I would suggest this company to review on what 3rd party sites are advertising as it’s misleading customers. I would highly encourage to avoid as much as many other people experiencing the same issues.

Thieves. Choose Another Enterprise - They sell you tickets and tell you everything is understood. 2 days. The same day they announce that the return is not included, that there is an extra charge. They're thieves. You must avoid it. Choose another company

Terrible company - Booked some tickets via Groupon for a 2pm trip. Arrived at 1.50 to be told that we had to wait in an enormous queue for at least 45 minutes. We had an 88 year told man with us who couldn't stand for that long. We were also told that because we booked through Groupon, a third party, they wouldn't take any responsibility. Surely they allow Groupon to sell their tickets, so I don't understand that. We then bought some tickets from another cruise operator (Thames River Sightseeing) who were fantastic and very efficient. We got on the boat that we had booked for. Not sure why City Cruises can't run a similar operation.

Felt mislead and incredibly rude staff member. - When booking this, please note that even if it says 1-2 hours, it’s not! Half an hour max when the boat actually starts moving. It as well advertised that you will be dropped off at the same meeting points. This is as well not the case. Instead we were dropped off at another pier and when we contested this, we were met by an incredibly rude guy who just said get off the boat and when we informed him on what their conditions we brought the tickets at, he walked away and just randomly starting shouting for us to get off the boat. We reported this to a nicer staff member who informed us that the 3rd party we booked on, is the one to blame and it’s not the accurate information related to their boat tour and apologised on behalf of the claims that he is one of the drivers and he’s always like this?? Disgraceful customer service and feeling robbed with the misleading advertising of their service. And now looking at other reviews, it seems to this is a frequent problem but they fail to address or fix any of the issues reported.

Be Careful - Loved the trip,and I don't blame the bar staff at all..BUT....I paid £20 for some drinks from the bar and as they don't take cash, used my card. I was asked to present my card twice as the Internet went down, it transpired that I'd been charged twice, which I only noticed once I'd got home. My bank won't refund as both were authorised by me, and nearly three weeks on..I still have no refund and am being ignored by their staff in America. I cant believe I'm the only one this has happened to and If they're going to have issues like this, then they should take cash. 🤷‍♀️
