• Cairo International Airport - The tour begins with a chauffeur picking you up from your accommodation in Cairo or Giza in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. You will then be driven to Cairo airport to catch a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting at the airport with a sign displaying your name.
• Valley of the Kings - While in Luxor, you will have the opportunity to visit the magnificent Valley of the Kings, the original burial site of the young Pharaoh Tutankhamun. The tombs, expertly carved into the rocky desert landscape, are richly decorated with treasures meant for the Pharaohs’ afterlife. You will visit three tombs, with specific ones chosen by the Egyptian government to protect them from heavy visitor traffic. The tombs are rotated throughout the year, so it is not possible to confirm which ones will be visited before your arrival. Note that King Tut’s tomb requires an additional entry fee. Later, enjoy a lunch of a falafel sandwich, a bottle of water, and a soft drink.
• Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - The next stop is the extraordinary Temple of Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahary. This stunning temple, dedicated to the only female Pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut, is built on terraces that blend seamlessly with the towering limestone cliffs of the desert plain. On the way back, there will be a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues representing Amenophis III facing the Nile.

The temple was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, who together formed the Theban triad. During your visit, you can marvel at the Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.
