Perfect tour for a first time trip to Helsinki, protected from cold weather - The recorded commentary was interesting not boring. The two stops were just the right length to walk around a little, take a couple photos, and use toilet if needed, without getting too cold (at least on the day I took the tour). The length and departure time of the tour were ideal as well.

Helsinki overview - Easy way to get an overview of city. It was cold outside and this was a nice way to see alit and stay warm. The stops were good.

Hop on and hop off - The tour covered a few key spots in the area. I was excited to be able to jump off in the middle of the ride to go to the Viking museum. I can hop off go to a museum and hop back on to get to another attraction.

Wonderful Tour - This was a very comprehensive tour and a great way to see Helsinki. I enjoyed the trivia and the heated bus on a cold day!

A nice way to view the city.... - I noticed the majority of highlights were located on the right side of the bus. I sat on the left side and missed several photo opportunities.

Relaxing option to see Helsinki - A good way to see parts of Helsinki we otherwise wouldn't have seen. The tour was through headphones from a recording, so no guide. There was a guide to check us in, but she exited at the first stop. There were two stops where we could get off the bus to take photos. It's not a hop-on / hop-off tour. We had already done a lot of walking on our trip, so this was a nice high-level sightseeing tour to view more of the city.

OK way to spend a couple of hours to get an overall feel for the city. - Good to get an overall view and impression of the city. Not enough commentary and not always sinked. One part said welcome back from the Rock church but we had not even stopped there, and in fact didn't even see it from the bus.

Too expensive. - You come around in a ring in Helsinki and get seen a little, yeah. But the talk is the tape. Where there come some comments continuously. So you give 30€ to hear a tape recording. In addition, it is some boring stops one makes. At a sauna, where only 5 out of 35 can get to buy a coffee. And 10 minutes at a sculpture that takes 1 minute to photograph, but not enough time to pick up a coffee somewhere. You also drive a lot downtown, where you may not see so much that you had not already seen on your walk in the city.

Not Worth the Time or Money - Did not give much information. A LOT of time spent with music. Often when they did talk, it was after the site. Neither of the two stops were worth anything. Not what I've experienced with previous Viator bus tours. Very disappointing.
