Excellent company and trips - Based on Trip Advisor we booked the Urquhart Castle trip, however, realised that getting to the departure point (9 miles from Inverness) would not be easy in a Sunday without a car……called the telephone number for the cruise and and Ranald was extremely helpful ….not only did he switch the cruise to one from Dochgarroch (3 miles from Inverness) , he also gave me recommendations and a timetable of how to get there. The hop on hop off tour bus stops here 10 minutes before the cruise time, so ideal…..the boat was super comfy with large windows and a chance to go on deck in front or on top (weather permitting)…..all the staff were very friendly and accommodating …..a trip well worth it .

Sunshine and Whisky Hot Chocolate - We cruised on a beautiful sunny morning, with only 12 other people. The guide was informative and funny and the spiked hot chocolate is not to be missed. We didn’t have time for the longer cruise, but this was just enough to enjoy the loch and canal.

An excellent way to see Loch Ness - A very pleasant 2 hour cruise to Urquhart Castle and back. The crew were very friendly, the guide Malcolm was excellent, and the boat was comfy and clean. Highly recommended.

Fabulous cruise with guided commentary - Far exceeded expectations. Crew very professional, refreshments available in board. Weather was particularly beautiful but the highlight was the commentary. So interesting, covering history as well as wildlife and facts for a full 2 hours. Kieran deserves a special mention as he was amazing!

Short, Sweet, Beautiful - We had a lot of fun. We did not have a lot of time to spend at Loch Ness and that is one of our biggest regrets of our trip to Scotland! We last-second booked this tour as we were going to drive through the area and had a little time to spare (this ended up being our allotted time for lunch and we ate in the car, haha!). Such a beautiful area and a nice prompt tour. Calm waters and a welcoming team! We would definitely do it again, but the longer version. If you do not have a lot of time, this tour was wonderful!

Great way to see the lake from the water! - Easy parking, sweet staff and a boat with good views all around. Tour guide Owen was funny and easy to listen to! Definitely reccomend doing this if you’ve got the time.

Misleading information, disappointing - Your explanations in the booking are very misleading. You have wrote there that during the boat trip there’s an hour of visit of the Urquhart Castle which is not true. The boat trip was around 30-35 mins and the boat doesn’t go into the Loch Ness entirely. It travels on the Caledonian canal, and goes just a slightly bit in the Loch and turns around. I’m very disappointed, and nothing of that’s written is actually true nor happened. Please correct your booking description as people expect something and pay for something they don’t get.
