• Rogie Falls - The first stop of the day is the breathtaking Rogie Falls. Experience these magnificent waterfalls up close from a suspension bridge over the stunning Black Water river. It’s a short walk from the car park, and in August and September, there’s a great chance to witness wild salmon leaping upstream. Visit after heavy rain or snow, when water cascades and tumbles from the slopes of Ben Wyvis, making the Falls of Rogie even more spectacular.
• Loch Maree - The journey continues to Kinlochewe, a village in Wester Ross in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. It is located in the parish of Gairloch, near the head of Loch Maree in its magnificent valley. It serves as a junction between the main road to Ullapool in the north and the road heading west to the coast at Loch Torridon. Loch Maree was once known as Loch Ewe, which explains the village’s seemingly confusing name.

The tour stops at Gairloch, a fantastic destination situated on the shore of Loch Gairloch amidst the breathtaking scenery of Wester Ross. Gairloch offers a wealth of stunning landscapes and activities for visitors. The area boasts several excellent sandy beaches, such as the aptly named Big Sand, and Redpoint, which offers beautiful views of Raasay, Skye, and the Western Isles, along with an unforgettable sunset across the Minch.

• Poolewe Hotel - Located on the sheltered south side of Loch Ewe, Poolewe is a charming and attractive little village with a stunning setting. The village features a main street of mostly white-rendered buildings and is home to the beautiful and surprisingly modern St Maelrubha’s Church.
• Arctic Convoy Museum - Next, the tour heads to the small fishing village of Aultbea, which boasts a beautiful and peaceful setting on the eastern shoreline of Loch Ewe in Wester Ross.
• Ullapool VisitScotland iCentre - Finally, the tour visits Ullapool, a picturesque fishing town nestled on the shores of Lochbroom. Situated in one of the UK’s most unspoiled natural environments, the town offers a wealth of attractions and activities. Ullapool is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding countryside and touring Wester Ross and the Highlands, with Inverness just an hour’s drive south and Stornoway and Lewis in the Outer Hebrides a short ferry ride away.
