• Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park - Located in Hiroshima, Japan, this park honors the victims of the atomic bombing on August 6, 1945. It features important monuments, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Museum, which educates visitors on the bombing’s effects. The park promotes peace and global awareness, hosting events like the annual Peace Memorial Ceremony, symbolizing hope for a nuclear-free world.
• Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum - Open to the public since 1954, the museum showcases over 50 peaceful monuments. It presents exhibits with personal stories, photographs, and artifacts illustrating the survivors’ experiences. The museum highlights the importance of peace and the abolition of nuclear weapons, serving as a poignant reminder of the need for global peace and the prevention of future nuclear conflicts.

From February 16 to 21, 2026, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum will be closed for exhibit updates. During this time, visitors will be directed to the Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims. Please note that no refunds will be provided due to this change.

• JR Nishinihon Miyajima Ferry - The tour includes a round-trip ferry ride to Miyajima Island.
• Miyajima - For those opting for the lunch package, Okonomiyaki will be served on Miyajima Island. Hiroshima Okonomiyaki is a regional twist on the traditional Japanese savory pancake. Unlike the Osaka style, where ingredients are mixed, Hiroshima’s version layers them. A batter base is cooked on a griddle, topped with shredded cabbage, pork, and noodles, then finished with okonomiyaki sauce, bonito flakes, and mayonnaise. This delicious dish is cherished by both locals and tourists. A vegetarian version, excluding pork and bonito flakes, is available upon request when booking. Vegan, halal, and gluten-free options are not offered, so guests should select “Without lunch” and bring their own meal or enjoy free time on Miyajima during lunch.
• Itsukushima Shrine - Originally built in 593 by an emperor, most of Itsukushima Shrine was reconstructed in 1168 by Kiyomori Taira. The shrine is uniquely built over the sea, as ancient people believed Miyajima Island was sacred. Its iconic Otorii gate, comparable in height to the Great Buddha in Nara Prefecture, has a pillar diameter of 10 meters. Visitors can walk to it during low tide.
• Daishoin Temple - On Miyajima Island, Daishoin Temple is as photogenic as Itsukushima Shrine. It features numerous Jizo guardian statues in colorful attire, a serene Buddha statue, and many lanterns to discover.
