• Iceland - The journey to the first destination will take approximately 2 hours.

The adventure begins on a paved road, Iceland’s main thoroughfare, before transitioning to mountain roads. This route includes numerous river crossings, promising an exhilarating experience!

• Nauthusagil Waterfall - The initial stop is within a canyon. To reach the waterfall at the canyon’s end, navigation through the gorge is required.

Ultimately, shoes must be removed to wade through the river, leading to a breathtaking waterfall situated beneath a skylight.

• Volcano Eyjafjallajokull - A visit to the glacier’s rear, which covers the volcano that erupted in 2010, is planned.

The glacier, like the volcano, is named Eyjafjallajökull. Gígjökull, an outlet of this glacier, is visible from its rear.

A brief visit will be made there.

• Stakkholtsgjá Canyon - The Stakkholtsgjá canyon is expansive and stunning.

A hike will be undertaken to explore it fully.

• Thorsmork - The Thórsmörk valley offers numerous hiking opportunities. Thórsmörk is a lush Icelandic oasis, featuring unique vegetation.

A preferred hike leads to Valahnúkur’s summit, providing a panoramic 360-degree view of the valley.

• Iceland - The return drive to Reykjavík is expected to take about 3 hours.

The journey to Thórsmörk is arguably one of our most cherished due to its variety. It perfects the equilibrium between an exploration trip and a tour of the sights, accompanied by an insurmountable sense of discovery. Throughout our day, we will traverse numerous rivers, either in our robust 33inch 4x4 LandCruiser or by fording them. We will devote the entire day to stepping away from human habitation, immersing ourselves in a secluded, pristine wilderness.
