Amazing communication and... - Amazing communication and logistics from the tour operators. They were very helpful, and you could easily see they cared about our experience and wanted us all to have a great time. We cannot recommend them or any of their tours enough, you will be thrilled!

Fun experience! Must Do!! - Me and my daughter Had a wonderful experience with the monkeys and the staff. We were able to get some great pictures of the monkeys on our head, shoulders, and arms. Would highly recommend and it’s way cheaper than what the cruise ship charges for the excursion.

Best company and excursion possible at the DR. - By far our favorite expedience of our cruise. Aribel was an amazing tour guide. He is kind and goes out of his way to make the tour interesting and the best experience. It really makes an experience 5 stars when the activities are this fun, and the guides are kind. For example, my husband lost his watch in the damajagua falls. They didn’t have to, but guides went back and found it in the murky deep pools and brought it back to us. Then, Aribel noted members of our group liked a certain hot sauce for lunch. He stopped at a store and bought some for the members of our group. Truly a top notch guide. Gesly at th monkeys made sure we had plenty of time with monkeys crawling on us- unforgettable! An amazing honeymoon excursion for my husband and I.

Waterfalls were very... - Waterfalls were very beautiful and even intense at times. Moderate workout hiking up to the top. The monkeys were a great addition.

An unforgettable day!! - Yuery was fantastic. We had an amazing day. The river and waterfalls were beautiful and so fun. The guide, Carlos, made us feel very safe the whole time and was hilarious. The monkey interaction was unforgettable with lots of other animals there to interact with. It was an amazing way to end the day. Yuery had everything organized perfectly with zero wait time in between events. We loved our day

Great affordable experience in Puerta Plata - This was a great experience. Just know that hiking up to the waterfalls will be difficult for anyone with health or mobility issues. The walk (climbing stairs) takes about 45 min, but the trip down is totally worth it. Baby Q, Miguel, and Darwin are great at encouraging you as you climb to the top.
The monkeys were great too. It was not crowded when we got there, so we got a lot of time with the monkeys. Mario did a great job explaining the monkeys and answering all of our questions about the monkeys.
The monkey portion did not feel as established as I imagine Monkeyland would be, but the smaller group size and more personal time with the monkeys makes it all worth it.

Loved it! - The waterfalls were amazing. The guides were amazing. Our driver Aribel was the best. He did a side tour to umbrella street and pink street for us. The hike was moderate and the slides and jumps weee exhilarating. The monkeys weee so cute and friendly. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

Adventurous and fun! - An experience worth looking forward to again! All of us were treated with courtesy and kindness and everywhere we went, all of the events were run smoothly and professionally. We traveled around with Darwin as our driver and guide. He was very communicative and friendly and adapted to the changing time of our Cruise Ship departure. We will definitely look forward to doing this experience again. We truly felt honored to spend the day with the people we met.

Fun adventure but a little busy! - The Monkey experience was so much fun! They were so cute and it was so fun to watch them run around everyone. That and the birds were the best part!! The waterfall experience was not what I was exactly expecting. It was so busy with so many people, we stood around a lot. The ride to the experience was cramped and wasn't an open air tour bus. Also good quality water shoes are a must!! You want the kind with a thick rubber bottom or gym shoes. The ground to climb up and in the water is all rocks and you need a good steady shoe to keep your feet from hurting. I was under the impression from speaking with the guide beforehand that you could pick and choose what waterfalls and slides you did but that was not the case. Once you climbed to the top, the only way down was to slide or jump. So know up front, once you start, there is no going back!!! However, once we got to slide and jump portion, it was so much fun!! Just make sure you commit to the last waterfall jump or the landing will hurt!!
