• At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.

• Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number.

• Don’t worry if you can’t meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance.

• Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. (We are not cold-blooded. Our profits can be justified only if we provide a fair service to our customers.)

• Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers will take you comfortably.

• The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person.
  (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.)

• The distance from Gimpo Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

• The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.
