Ishigaki Island Snorkeling Experience - Snorkeling was the main purpose of this trip. There were high hopes and anxieties for the whole family for the first time, but the guide was kind and fun to guide us and we had a wonderful experience. There was really Ryugu Castle in the sea!︎ It was like a dream to jump into the sea and meet sea turtles, maybe in their 50s. Thank you, Mr. Diego, for all your memories. It kept me in the loop and I was able to participate until the end. Suzu, thank you so much for cuddling me so gently under the sea. I want to go to Ishigaki Island again.

They also took a lot of photos and it was a great memory!! - I really enjoyed the wilderness in a long time, as I thought I would, by relaxing in the virgin forest! A big thank you to Diego for being such a fun guide and creating such a wonderful time!

Great snorkeling and SUP tour - We did the full-day tour with snorkeling and Phantom Island in the morning and SUP in the mangrove forest in the afternoon. We had a great time! Our guide Giego explained everything in English and took cool pictures that he sent us afterwards. We can definitely recommend this tour!

Ishigaki Island Snorkeling Tour - It was my first time snorkeling, but they taught me carefully and I was able to do it with peace of mind with many physical condition checks! We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and also we were very happy to see Aurora on our last night. I would like to join Pipi's tour again 🤿 Thank you Gin-chan for the fun tour!

It was fun 🌷 - In my search for a tour to Ishigaki Island, I applied because the content and flow of the half-day was attractive, including transportation. The guides were very helpful in explaining and responding 😊 We heard that there were not many opportunities to get down on the beach in winter, so we were worried about the bad weather forecast, but it was so beautiful that even a light rain would not bother us. Snorkeling was a great way to learn about the equipment and follow up with us. Thank you so much for taking so many photos and caring about my voice and physical condition, and it was a good memory to enjoy till the end 🌊🤙 so much!! I enjoyed the content of the story which made me feel that I like Ishigaki Island, and the shop recommended by the guide went immediately after the tour!

Awesome snorkeling experience! - Sebastián was an awesome guide! He was very knowledgeable of the area and he pointed out really cool species. His client care and risk management was to a high degree. Overall Sebastián was a very professional and high quality guide. He takes really great photos as well! It was also really nice that he picked us up and dropped us off at our resort. They also provide wet suits if it is cold! If we are in Ishigaki again, we would love to do another trip with this company.

Almost no snorkeling time - First off, I would give my guide 5 stars. He was awesome. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was a bummer. There was about 24 people on the tour, plus 3 guides and a boat captain. We first went to the phantom Island which was cool, but we probably spent too much time on the island as we did not get hardly any time to snorkel. We then went to a snorkel spot, got everyone in the water, then told the current was too strong. My wife and I thought it was fine, but I think the rest of the group were beginners and we even think that one guy didn't know how to swim because the staff was pulling him around with a floaty. We then pack everyone back into the boat and go to another snorkel spot. Stop here, unload everyone and go. We have to stick together with the guide but he is moving too fast there is no time to stop and look at the coral. The other people in the group are kicking and splashing very hard, and talking loudly to each other, scaring the fish away. We do a big circle near the boat and then we get back in. We're only in the water for 5-10 minutes. We felt as though we were just getting started. What we saw in the short amount of time was incredible, we would have liked 30-60 minutes in the water. The water was cold, but they provided wetsuits, and when you got to the shallow water near the coral it was much warmer. We have been on many similar experiences and typically they give you an area to stay within and kind of let you go at your own pace. Then the people who are tired or cold can go in the boat and others can stay out and enjoy the coral. If it is your first time snorkeling then this tour might be for you, it seemed like most people were beginners. If you want to spend some time in the water watching the sea life I would recommend looking for a different tour with less people, or finding a private tour.
