Teresa, your teacher, hails from Syracuse and has been teaching cooking classes in her villa with a garden for six years. Now, she continues her culinary instruction in a winter setting, from her apartment just steps away from Ortigia, offering traditional recipes that are deeply rooted in her family’s gastronomic heritage. Participants will prepare three typical seasonal Sicilian dishes, embarking on a journey through local flavors rich in history, passion, and memory. The recipes will vary and can be adapted to accommodate dietary needs. While Teresa prefers to preserve the authenticity of recipes to maintain their original flavors, she is open to making minor adjustments. The class is held in a cozy apartment in the city’s heart, where participants are actively involved in every step, from kneading dough to learning the unique secrets of each recipe. This enriching experience has been available since December.
