Embark on a distinctive and exclusive catamaran day trip (lasting 4.5 hours) to Playa Fantasia. The journey begins at 11 am from Playa Herradura, with a 40-minute cruise up the Gulf of Nicoya to a hidden beach.

Playa Fantasia is a beach accessible solely by water, featuring expansive jungle, reef formations, white sand, and turquoise waters. It remains pristine and is home to diverse marine and wildlife, including monkeys, scarlet macaws, turtles, and our rescued animals.

The package includes a delightful fresh lunch prepared by our private chef at Playa Fantasia, along with a bar offering fresh piña coladas, margaritas, mojitos, beer, soda, and water. Fresh fruits are available throughout the tour.

At Playa Fantasia, guests can enjoy boogie boards, paddleboards, surfboards, snorkel gear (self-guided), hammocks, and beach loungers.

• Not recommended for participants with back problems or participants with limited mobility
• There is plenty of shaded areas on board, please prepare to spend majority of your tour in direct or indirect sunlight. For safety reasons spray sunscreens are not permitted.
• Our cruise is not a booze cruise, if you are looking for a booze cruise, you will be disappointed
• Our crew reserves the right to refuse entry to passengers who are intoxicated, without refund. Our crew also reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if it affects the safety of passengers.
• We board the large catamaran from small tenders from the beach. Long dresses, and pants are not recommended.
• Snorkel equipment is available, snorkelling is not guided.
• Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
• You will be notified by a representative of your pickup time, our transportation will only wait 5 minutes at each stop before moving to the next stop. If you miss your transportation time, your tour will be cancelled without refund.

• ID is necessary to use all snorkel equipment, paddle boards and boogie boards.
• If you are in Jaco in our Winter time (May 15th - December 15th) the chances for good snorkeling are 50/50, since it is the rainy season all depends on good weather and good ocean conditions. and it is not under our control, however we offer other activities like boogie boards, surf boards, SUP Paddle boards, as well as Soccer and Beach Volleyball on our tours in order to entertain and give our clients an unforgettable experience.
