- Volcan Lanin - The journey continues to the Mapuche community of Cañicul, where visitors can enjoy local delicacies such as grilled meats and fresh salads (at their own expense), followed by a walk along the black volcanic sand beaches. After satisfying their hunger, they will proceed to the 12,388-foot-high (3,776-meter) Lanín Volcano, where they will be greeted with views of sparkling glaciers and verdant hillsides in the distance. A stop at the southern base, the nearest entrance to the volcano, offers the perfect opportunity for capturing stunning photographs.
- Lago Paimun - At Lake Paimun, the small group will experience more than just natural beauty. Here, a chapel adorned with vibrant depictions of ancient Mapuche people offers a fascinating insight into the rich cultural heritage of this indigenous community.

BEAUTIFUL - Excellent, everything beautiful.
The guide Juan explained everything to us and with super good humor.
Obviously Lake Huechulafquen is impressive like Lake Paimun and the Lanin Volcano.

A superb lake... a vocacan with perpetual snow. Nature Exceeded My Capacity (in Covers) - No doubt I'm flicking. You have to pay admission to park and catamaran ride to the petrified river with its bonsai forest that explains so well the guide. No waste!!!!!

Beautiful Lake HUechulafquen - The lake is immense and beautiful. The Lanìn Volcano is seen from afar. To get there you have to go to Lake Paimùn and pay to enter the concession campsites or make an excursion. Going to Lake Huechulafquen I recommend visiting Puerto Canoa which has a small beach to the lake and access is free. There are toilets too. The road is of beautiful mountain range bordering the Lake but it is dangerous to drive slowly and with a vehicle in optimal condition. Ideal for a 4x4
To enter the Lanìn National Park you must pay $180 for residents in Argentina and $400 for foreigners. There are toilets in the reporting and payment office.

Cute, ideal to meet - It is a very nice excursion ideal for people with reduced mobility since you go in traffic and you do not have to walk much. I do not recommend it with children, since the trip is long, I think they would be bored.
If you like adventure, this excursion is not for you.
In spring/summer it is ideal that it is clear to take advantage of some beach and landscapes, I went with the cloudy day and although it was enjoyed, the landscapes were not as appreciated as with a sunny day.
It can be taken to eat, if you are vegetarian there are not many options, so I recommend you to take, then there is choice of meat and trout, patties, etc. The catamaran to tour the Huechulafquen cost a little more than $3000, there is discount for retirees. And park entrance $180 and retirees presenting credentials don't pay.
It is a nice walk to get to know a little more, the road is not very good to do it by own vehicle so it is worth paying for the excursion and not risk breaking something.
The two churches we knew very nice and picturesque, I am not religious but anyway the buildings themselves caught my attention.

Beautiful and unmissable excursion - This is the walk that you certainly have to do when you are in San Martin de Los Andes. Spectacular views and scenery. Fully recommended.

Excursion to Lanin - Some stops were longer than need be. Driver was also guide and very patient. The stop at Canoa could have been almost 2 hours if passengers chose to take the catamaran across the lake. Thankfully no one chose that option.

Scam - A TOTAL scam paid a price and the card was charged a lot more, they handle very high prices, I advise to find out other agencies that handle better prices and do not steal like this. Apart from that the first tour I do that they have no guide, here the guide is the same that he carries and brings and the experience is not at all the same... Lousy... TOTAL SCAM.
