Lake Nakuru National Park - Guests will be picked up from the airport. Accommodation prior to the tour can be arranged at an additional cost. An early morning pick-up from the hotel or airport will be followed by a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. This park, located across the equator and south of Bogoria, is home to the renowned Lake Nakuru, famous worldwide for its flamingos. The lake is alkaline and is celebrated as one of the natural wonders of the world, often referred to as the Pink Lake. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, hosting over 40 black rhinos and more than 60 white rhinos. However, the flamingos remain the main attraction, with up to 2 million flamingos sometimes present, creating a breathtaking deep pink band along the lakeshore. Guests will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, and an overnight stay at Ziwa Bush Lodge.
Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Park

Visitors may witness the famous migration, depending on the booking period. An overnight stay at Julia’s River Camp Lodge will follow.
Maasai Mara National Park
Maasai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast, a full-day game drive is planned, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is renowned for its black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife, and it is one of the few places where the Big Five can be seen during a morning game drive. Many cheetahs are so accustomed to humans that they seek shade under vehicles and even climb onto roofs for a better view of potential prey. The Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and attendant predators. For bird enthusiasts, nearly 500 species have been recorded, including 16 species of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 species of bustards (including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.
Visit to a Maasai Village
An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged for $20 after the game drive. Maasai warriors are renowned as a proud nomadic tribe, famous for their legendary prowess in battle and bravery in encounters with wild animals. This visit offers an insightful tour of Maasai culture, where guests will be welcomed with a singing and dancing presentation, integral to their daily lives and sacred rituals.

The road trip from Nairobi to the Masai Mara presents Kenya’s premier and most exceptional wildlife refuge, where the smooth undulating grasslands ensure that animals are always visible.
The weather condition is mild, seldom overly hot, and receives evenly distributed rain throughout the year. The phenomenal wildebeest migration between July and October is unmatched. The animals are not just confined within the Reserve’s limits, as an even larger region expands outside the game reserve.
Years of intimate interaction with wildlife has culminated in a quasi symbiotic bond where both the wildlife and the Masai tribe coexist peacefully.
The initial view of this Game Park is mesmerizing. No other place on earth can compete with this wildlife wonder. The blend of a mild climate, stunning scenery, and immense wildlife population makes the Masai Mara National Reserve the preferred inland destination in Kenya.
