WHAT TO WEAR: Closed-toe shoes are a must. Long pants, a rain jacket, and layered clothing are recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: Participants must weigh between 70 and 250 pounds and meet a height requirement of 57 inches. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Those who do not have full use of limbs, suffer from neck or back issues, have mobility limitations, are pregnant, or have seizures and similar disorders should seek medical advice and obtain a release from their physician before participating.
