The view is worth the climb - Eriana was an excellent driver and a great person and our guide Jaya was an excellent guide for going up the mountain he was very helpful, knowledgeable and motivational and got us up too the top and back down 💫

To Yus: Yu’s the man - Coordinating with the person on WhatsApp was a little bit challenging but everything worked out. He was able to create a custom tour for me. The day-of guides were great. Ketut was a nice driver and Yus was really funny, considerate, and accommodating as our Mt Batur guide. Weather is unpredictable and we actually didn’t stay for sunset due to weather, but we did catch a 30ish min of clear weather. Also way less people during an afternoon/sunset excursion. Ask for Yus if you can!

Hard but nice - The journey was really great!! As this was our first trekking we really felt but hard to claim, however the steps were became too easy because of the Guide :-) Thank you so much for all your support, kindness and patience... it's really encourages for our next adventure trips!!

Had lucky weather - Our guide Agus and driver were super kind and worked very hard to take care of us ~ Thank them! Thanks for your hard work! I'm very happy and lucky to see the sunset and the beautiful sea of clouds today!

Mount Batur Sunset Hike - We did the mount Batur sunset hike. Our guide was Yus and he was very attentive and helpful. Allowed us to go at our own speed and helped take some amazing pictures. Would definitely recommend doing the sunset hike vs the sunrise hike as you get to sleep in and less people to deal with that will get into your photo. Also our driver Ketut is very professional and on time despite the traffic. Also got us ponchos when we it looked like it would pour. We didn't even ask for them. Anyway, a good hike and good customer service from them.

Exceptional views and 10/10 guide - When we arrived at mount batur the view of the mountain was phenomenal from the bottom. Our guide Yus was amazing, he was very supportive throughout and lightly encouraged us to keep going. He supported me and my wife all the way and kept us entertained on the hike. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking. Would definitely recommend to anyone, what an experience!

Must do in Bali - Even you are a solo traveller, add to an optimal option for you to go to this volcano tour! Alex and Aji are more than helpful and friendly, I truly enjoy this and I have already recommended this to my friends in Hong Kong!

Wonderful afternoon trek - Mt Batur trek is moderately difficult and a great experience. You start at the afternoon (around 2pm from hotel). The trek has a bit of slippery patches due to sandstones so descend slowly (you'll slip a few times). The view from above is amazing!!! You see the giant Mt Agung and sunset from behind. This is a guided trek as it will be challenging to self navigate as there are many starting points.

5 stars volcano tour - An essential and spectacular activity. Our driver Ika arrived on time, she handles the traffic in Bali like a charm, you feel safe at all times. Our guide for the climb, Gede, with thousands of climbs to Mount Batur, is a true professional, in a super good mood and he also took some "Instagram" photos of us (a typical Balinese mirror trick). The climb is hard, you have to be in shape. The sunset is spectacular. Food, descent, and then to the hot springs. We recommend it, 5 stars!!

Breathtaking experience - We had an amazing experience hiking Mount Batur! Our driver, Deka, confirmed the pickup time the day before and arrived right on time at 2 PM. The drive to the mountain was smooth, and our guide, Putu, made sure we hiked at a comfortable pace. He shared interesting info about Bali and the mountain. The sunset from the top was breathtaking and totally worth the effort!
