Easy Booking, Good Communication! - Company did a great job communicating with a WhatsApp confirmation two days before and clear link to the meeting point at Sanur Harbor and a name for the boat you will take. If you have a driver waiting in Nusa Penida, that’s the name they will need to track your arrival. Covered shaded spot to wait until they lead you to the harbor building when your boat is ready for boarding at the pier. No complaints.

The ride back was perfect - We took the VIP session which was 150 more and we were not a lot of people in the boat so which made it even more nicer

Nothing when unexpected😆 - When I booked the transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, I later read the reviews and felt very anxious, expecting a bad experience. However, to my surprise, everything went smoothly. Upon arrival, they had our tickets ready, handed them to us, and we boarded the boat without any issues. The trip went perfectly fine for us. While the reviews might make you hesitate, our experience was completely hassle-free. Sometimes, it's best to take reviews with a grain of salt, as not everyone has the same experience.

Good and convinient - It was a good experience. The staff was helpful and it was a smooth ride. Nusa Penida port has a big stretch of road made of dust and rocks before the parking space. Easier to carry bag packs than suitcases

Fast ferry to Nusa Penida - Boat and trip were fine. We were staying a few nights so caught the uncrowded boats in the middle of the day. Facilities at the Nusa Penida end are very basic. Luggage has to be carried 400m across sand so travel light

Would recommend Scoot. - It took me some time to decided on booking Scoot to use for boat transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Lombok. In all honesty I wasn't reading any great reviews on any transfers including flights more bad than good. So I was expecting the worst. Overall I was surprised and blessed with great conditions. Scoot was reliable on the trip from NL to Lombok and no hassle and on time (collection from hotel not as smooth as they did multiple pick ups and couldn't fit us in the vehicle so we just walked down to the beach not far ), although not complaining as we were in holiday mode the pick up on return from Lombok to NL was 1 hr late, and not their fault the conditions although calm not as calm as trip over. Still a few people sick however they handled the mild conditions well, Trip from NL to the Gili Islands 2 hrs then a further 1 hr to Lombok. On return boat was full and scarce amounts of seats left, as they do the reverse from the Gili Islands, Lombok, NL (most people get off) then onto Sanur. Overall I would travel with Scoot again. Tip if you are not a great sea traveller defiantly take the travelcalm and get a window seat, also try to keep the window open as long as you can (fresh air helps), most people that get the window seat will close the window when the swell picks up. They did hand out water on the trip from NL to Lombok, however on return from Lombok to NL no water offered when we got on board (probably handed out at the Gili's)
