A must-do experience - This was a trip that everyone should do - we all need to understand the horrors that happened during war time, and do everything in our power to avoid these atrocities happening again - be that at home or abroad. The sheer scale of the site, and the belongings left behind by those who were murdered is mind blowing.

Organized so well. Made dark experience better. - Thomas was an excellent driver and the whole entire experience was so organized. He even came back to our hotel after I left a jacket in his van. For how gut wrenching visiting this dark place in human history this company made things go very smoothly. Anna is a wonderful tour guide with a vast knowledge of this awful time period. Please utilize this service!

Why try the rest, come and try the best. - The trip was very we'll run, the driver provided great service just like the company when they were contacted. He gave details of lunch packages. The English speaking tour guide, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable and well understood. Nothing was too much for the company who as stated provided a fantastic service.

Insightful. - Our visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was a profound and moving experience that left a lasting impact on us. Our guide Monique was exceptional, providing insightful context and sharing stories that brought the history to life in a respectful manner. The solemnity of the site, combined with the guide's knowledge and empathy, created an atmosphere that honored the memories of those who suffered there. It was a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of remembering the past. Highly recommend this tour.

best way to see Auschwitz - A very insightful trip that was made stress free by doing the day tour. We were led to exactly where we needed to be and the guide who took us around the camps was excellent. We paid £40 each for the middle of june which I think is an amazing price for what we got. I only wish we had a longer break to have our lunch but apart from that it was a 10/10.

Great experience - Great company! Excellent communication and the driver advised of pick up time the day before. He arrived on time, was helpful and friendly and made meeting up with our personal tour guide at Auschwitz easy. For an extra fee you can purchase a lunch box that’s waiting for you in the car. You are then dropped back to your hotel when you’re finished. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to see Auschwitz.

Essential visit to Auschwitz - though provoking, humbling experience. felt the whole process was very rushed and no time to take it all in. nobody's fault as the sheer volume of people dictated the speed of the tour.

AMAZING TO FINALLY SEE IN PERSON......BUT THE PACE WAS WAYYYYYY TO FAST AT TIMES ! - So we've been waiting years to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau as it's been on our bucket list for a very long time. Our tour guide, Lukas, was exceptional ! Very VERY informative and had fantastic stories etc, he made the tour feel very real and definitely opened our eyes to the history of the place and for what people went through so a huge HUGE thankyou to him and also to Matty for picking and dropping us off. The tour is a lot of walking, as expected. What definitely lets the tour down is the time given to take in surroundings and appreciate what you're travelled a very long way to see. This mainly being the sites inside the buildings. There is so soooooooooooooo many other tours going on that you're basically forced through locations at speed and don't get time to properly see artifacts and possessions etc We looked forward to seeing and appreciating things like the hair, shoes, baggage etc but were forced passed the displays due to many tours behind us and our tour guide being ahead. This really let it down. The venue really should account for the volume of people and LET people see what they've paid good money to appreciate. It's not on racing people through just to gain as much income as possible....let people have more time to stop, see and absorb the displays and areas i.e standing or starvation cells etc Aside from this the tour guide was simply AMAZING ! the headsets helped a lot to hear what was being told to us at all times, maybe a couple of times it broke up but most of the time we were able to hear. Oh and we had very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy little time i.e less than 5mins to go into and buy stuff from the gift shop(s) which again was hugely disappointing as we wanted to take gifts back and things for ourselves.
