The Salt Mines Tour, Krakow including collection & drop-off. - A long weekend (celebrating our friend's 50th birthday) & our 1st trip to Poland & to Krakow, wasn't complete without booking the Salt Mines tour with Poland is Beautiful. We had fantastic weather for mid December. Dawid was our driver & he arrived bang on time to collect us from our hotel & was full of Information on the salt mines, Krakow & recommended some lovely places to eat & visit. After the tour he was happy to take us into the main square to explore the Christmas markets, shops & bars. The whole trip from start to finish was precisely as advertised. We will definitely use them again as he gave 5 star service and the whole trip was very reasonably priced. Worth every zloty. Thank you Dawid. Enjoy your trip to London,

Perfect trip - Our trip was perfect, our driver David, was right on time for pick up and dropped us off at the end in what ever area we liked. Were And I couldn’t be happier with our pick of tour guides, Poland is beautiful!!

Tour to Salt Mines - Easy to book on tripadvisor. Was contacted by Thomas who picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time. Very easy when we got there. The driver arranged tickets and directed us to a place at the entrance. Well organized at the entrance to the mine. The guide was very enthusiastic and enlightened about the mine's history. In the group there were both older and younger participants. It was taken into account all given that it is a long way to go. Overall a great experience

Warm recommendations - Everything went perfectly. Pick-up from the hotel was an easy solution. Clean spacious car and safe driver. Everything was explained in clear English and the service was very friendly. We chose this tour operator on the recommendation of a friend and will recommend this to others in the future. Salt Mines with our wonderful driver Tomek - My sister and I had a fabulous morning st the Salt Mine. Prior to departure we had strong communication with our driver Tomek. He what’s apped details and times, his English is perfect and his time keeping on point.
He met us at our chosen pick up point, he made us feel very relaxed and safe in his super clean car and stopped us off at the Salt Mines but also stayed with us until we were in the safe hands of the guide.
After our visit to the mine we met Tomek at the arranged pick up point but not before perusing the stalls, as mentioned we didn’t feel rushed and he dropped us safely at our agreed drop off point that was different to the pick up point, nothing was too much trouble for Tomek, so five stars from us!

Beautiful experience only poor communication - Very special experience. Definitely worth it. The tour operator spoke fine English but is attached to the salt mine itself. You get 1 earpiece in the occasional disturbance and because it is only 1 you hear things double at the same time and also other tourists in your group talking. Then it's hard to follow. But despite that had a very nice experience and can really recommend it.

Worth it - Went to the Salt Mines today. Day before departure we received a confirmation of hour and such. Everything very neatly arranged. A visit is definitely worth it. You can easily hear the guide through the audio guide. It's a lot about the history and mythology around the mines. I would have liked to know a bit more about the miners themselves and the working conditions. There is plenty of opportunity to eat and drink and to go to the toilet. The pace was good. Simon our driver was also top.

An experience - Picked up by Lucas who was talkative and informative. He made the journey there and back very enjoyable. Not sure what I expected with the saltine but the steps(and there was a lot of them were difficult for a few in our group. I did feel that Magdelena our guide rushed through somethings but I can acknowledge that there were lots of people in touring parties. It was beautiful down there despite the tragedies they must have had. What I didn’t expect was the narrow confines of the lift coming back to the surface from 135m below I felt claustrophobic. All in all I’m glad I did this tour but I’m even happier I won’t be doing it again.
