- Hemakuta Hill Temple Complex - After viewing the Ganesh statue, visitors can ascend Hemakuta Hill (approximately 100 steps) to enjoy breathtaking views of Hampi. Along the way, they will encounter temples, boulders, gateways, stone carvings, and pre-Vijayanagara temples before descending towards the Virupaksha Temple.
- Virupaksha Temple, Hampi - This is the largest active temple in Hampi, flanked by Hemakuta Hill on one side and the Tungabhadra River on the other. Notable features include the Raja Gopura, an ancient kitchen area, Kalyana Mantapa, an elephant blessing devotees, a large temple tank outside the north gate, and a pinhole camera with an inverted temple tower image.
- Hampi Coracle Ride - From Virupaksha, visitors can stroll through the ancient Hampi Bazaar towards Matanga Hill. The walk along the Tungabhadra River offers stunning landscapes and showcases both religious and secular architecture. It takes about an hour to reach the Vittala Temple, with an option for a 15-minute coracle ride on the river.

- Mahaanavami Dibba - Hampi - Part of the King’s enclosure, now in ruins, this site is where the famous Dasara procession originated. The area includes the Mahanavami Dibba with its abundant sculptures and a stunning view from the top, an ancient King’s court, palace ruins, stone aqueducts that once supplied water, remnants of servant quarters, water bodies, a secret underground meeting place, and a breathtaking water tank.
- Hazara Raama Temple - As the name implies, hundreds of Ramayana stories are intricately carved on the temple walls. This is the only temple in the Royal Enclosure, frequented by the King in the 16th century.
- Lotus Mahal - Enclosed within the Zenana, the Lotus Mahal is a must-see in Hampi. This exquisite daytime palace was built for the King’s consorts to enjoy. Imagine a hot day with cool, perfumed water sprayed from ceiling pipes, providing a refreshing atmosphere for the queens.
