• Battambang - We pick up you at your hotel and transfer to Battambang Province, the heart of Cambodia’s rice bowl. Its title gives it away. It’s the area where the Cambodia produces most of its rice, and it not unusual to see cattle driving carts of rice along its dusty mud tracks. On arrival, drive along the picturesque to the tourist site call “Phnom Banon” and city tour and experience the bamboo train which villagers use to facilitate the transportation of both goods and passengers. The train’s very basic technology, which is comprised of a platform on 4 wheels which is activated by a small motor for the 8km travel through beautiful landscapes and rice paddies to the next station. Return to Siem Reap and drop off.
