1. Breakfast

The first stop is a local restaurant for breakfast, where you will join local villagers for a traditional meal of noodle soup and iced coffee. You have the option to enjoy your meal with or without meat.

2. Reclining Buddha

Wat Preah Ang Thom is an active pagoda atop Kulen Mountain, home to a reclining Buddha carved into the sandstone rock. Remove your shoes, climb the stairs to the statue, and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and countryside.

3. River of 1000 Lingas

Located on the southwest slopes of the Kulen Hills and northeast of the Angkor complex, Kbal Spean (also known as the River of a Thousand Lingas) is an Angkor-period archaeological site that attracts many visitors annually. Next, visit the majestic Preah Kral pagoda with stunning views of Kulen Mountain.

4. Bat Cave

The first stop is a sacred cave. Use your flashlight to explore a narrow path along impressive stalactites leading to a hidden shrine dedicated to ancient Hindu gods. Discover why the nearby hermits consider the water dripping from the stalactites to be holy.

5. Sra Banre (Elephant Pond)

In the heart of the Cambodian forest, encounter an elephant and two tigers. Although some locals believe tigers still roam Kulen Mountain, there is no need to fear, as you will only find a life-size stone elephant statue and smaller tiger statues.

6. Lunch Time

Relax in a hut and enjoy a packed lunch around 12:00 pm.

7. Prasat Damrei Krap (The Elephant Kneeling Temple)

This partially restored temple is deep in the woods and only accessible on foot. It is one of the largest temples on Phnom Kulen, with centuries-old walls and carvings waiting to be discovered.

8. Poeng Ei Sei (Hermit Cave)

Continue the journey through the jungle and cashew plantations on a motorbike, pausing at this atmospheric site of enormous boulders. The tour guide will reveal its unique reliefs and sculptures hidden behind moss and roots.

9. Waterfall

After some driving, the tour guide will lead you to a waterfall near the pagoda before returning to Siem Reap city. Change into your swimwear and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

• Please dress properly for visiting temples. If you wear shorts and T-shirts, make sure they are long enough to be knee length and shoulder covered. No scarf or shawl and tank top are allowed. We would like to suggest you to wear the light cotton clothes because of hot and humid. Excepted 3 months such as November, December and January is nice weather.
