Krabei Riel - Pick-up time: 2:30 pm – 2:50 pm. Our driver and guide will collect you from your hotel in Siem Reap. Travel to a remote village (approximately 8km away). Enjoy a leisurely walk through the village, where you will witness villagers earning $2-$3 per basket by weaving cane baskets, in addition to their farming activities. Make several stops along the way for refreshments, including fresh coconut juice. Then, experience an Ox-Cart ride, a traditional Cambodian mode of transportation, which is becoming rare due to the rise of tractors. Upon reaching Mr. Ron’s House, you will be warmly welcomed by his family, and our guide will share the family’s story. Visit the vegetable garden before participating in a cooking class led by Mr. Ron’s wife. Finally, find a perfect spot to watch the sunset, accompanied by dinner and drinks (water, cold beer, or soft drinks).
After sunset, the driver will return you to town, arriving at your hotel in Siem Reap around 7:00 pm.
