Great tour of the Hoover Dam! - We had a great time with Dan. The Hoover Dam, the Mike O’Callahan / Pat Tillman bridge are awesome! The stops to view the Dam and in Boulder City where we saw 3 Longhorn sheep, were added treats!

Mixed reviews - Damn is amazing, tour not so much. The stop in Boulder City was way too fast., Definitely not enough time. Only had 35 minutes to eat, which left absolutely no time for sightseeing. I would recommend renting a car and driving yourself.

Dam is worth it. Bus ride wasn’t. - Dam park tour good. Bus driver, Angela, there and back was so unprofessional.Talked more about pot and booze than the history of the dam and area.Gave a passenger a hard time about using the bus restroom. Told her to hold it and then told her she had to get a penny from another rider to open the locked door. Scolded riders for bringing coffee on board in the morning and then encouraged us to bring alcohol drinks and pizza on the way back. The VIP tour people were told we would only have time to go on that tour but not walk around the dam because she wanted us all to buy food in Boulder City. We wound up having some time after all but we shouldn’t have been rushed. While she had us captive she complained about how much she gets paid and pressed us to tip at least 20.00. She was a good driver in the sense that I felt safe. I would have like to hear more about what I was there to hear about.

I called ahead to make... - I called ahead to make sure this tour had a wheelchair accessible tour bus, then when we arrived at the pick up location they sent a non accessible bus, so we could not go and where told that WE should have made sure Viator told the bus company to send the right bus, so we had to seek a refund, extremely disappointing experience. would not recommend for wheelchair users.
