Best adventure day!! - 12/10 experience. This was truly one of the best days of my life. We hiked in the cloud rainforest and saw so many cool animals and even a baby sloth very close up, hiked on hanging bridges to waterfalls, went to the hot spring and did the volcano mud bath!!! And then went swimming at waterfalls. Truly incredible experience and my guide Pedro was the sweetest angel and so fun! I ended up using him as my driver for the rest of the trip because I enjoyed him so much. He got great photos of me. I can’t express how great he made this day for me! I will be coming back to Costa Rica and booking with him again.

His warm spirit, great sense of humor, and attentiveness made the entire day flow perfectly. We visited Rincón de la Vieja/ Buena Vista Eco Adventure Park, and Jacob made sure we enjoyed every part of it. He answered every question, anticipated our needs before we even spoke them, and captured beautiful photos of our family throughout the day. He encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try zip lining—and I’m so glad I did! Jacob went above and beyond in every way. If you're considering this tour, ask for Jacob. You won’t just have a guide—you’ll gain a new family member.

First hot springs experience - We were a little mistaken when we signed up for a private tour thinking that we would have a guide with us. When we checked in, the receptionist told us that we had to drive to the waterfalls and the hot springs. We made the most of the miscommunication, and it actually worked out to our advantage. We had the whole day to enjoy each activity. The hot springs were beautiful and the whole family enjoyed it. There were different temperature to choose from. We hiked to all the waterfalls and they were also rewarding. The buffet that was included was delicious. The food was fresh and we really enjoyed the options. Overall, 5/5 highly recommend

Amazing trip with the best tour company - The whole experience was amazing. The waterfalls were beautiful and the hot springs is something that I highly recommend. This activity has everything to be amaze and explore by nature. We will do it again in the future. Our tour guide (Jacob) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made a difference in the trip. We ended doing 2 more tours with this company and always requested Jacob.

Amazing day in Rincon de La Vieja Costa Rica - This is a place that has everything to explore , be amazed by nature and have fun. We had Jacob as a guide and driver. He made the difference in our trip. He has a great knowledge about Costa Rica and its culture. He also stay with us in all the activities. Took our pictures and guide us through the Park. I recommend him 100 %.

Excellent service - Excellent service and advice for the tour, very good guide and driver, The waterfall is wonderful and crystalline in color, the hot springs are a heavenly place.

Great experience! - I gave this rating a 4 of 5 only because of the mix up between Viator (the booking app and the adventure center. Viator charged me the tickets, but the money wasn’t sent to the adventure center. Adventure center tried to charge me again for my group. Overall, the excursion was wonderfully relaxing!!

Good Trip, but misguided - I was mislead when booking the trip. The tripnwas a "Private Tour" and also in my booking it said "Guided tour" which Upon checking in I was tood we are on our own. The website and email are misleading.
