Travel with ease - Our private driver from… & to, the Liberia airport could not have been better. When we arrived, our 6 person van & driver was waiting…and after a very long day of travel it was a great way to begin our holiday. After our two week stay, Guillermo (sp?) was also, on time & made sure to find us at our Airbnb in Taramindo. He was especially, a pleasure to talk to & drove on a more comfortable road than we previously experienced. Thank you for making this a stress-less experience.

Great Experience - Our driver, Jose, was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. He was a great driver and made sure to have us stop at a local shop before taking us to our resort. We had a wonderful experience on our private shuttle.

Book this! - On time. Knows the way. Makes it so easy when you’re in a foreign country. Also the online chat in the app helps you communicate with someone when your flight is delayed

Didn’t show up - Driver didn’t show up we left 30 minutes after original pick up time via hotel. I tried to contact the company via Viator app they didn’t respond, hotel tried to call their phone number they didn’t answer, they finally responded via WhatsApp told me driver was there when they weren’t. They processed the refund without issue.

Missed flight due to no show - Will never use Viator again. Confirmed pick up time prior to day of departure and they no showed. Missed our flight. No uber or taxis available at 5 am. Viator would not pay for missed flights. I will book from hotel directly next time

No bueno - Driver never showed up, turns out he went to the wrong resort. Viator won't refund my money. I will never use viator to book anything again. Stay away!!
