- Kolossi Castle - Our first stop will be at Kolossi Castle, it is steeped in history and associated with the Knights Templar and the Knights of the Order of St John. It is fascinating to explore this 3-story castle and get a feel of medieval history.
- Kourion - Next, we will visit the ancient city – kingdom of Kourion - Archaeological Site with its famous, magnificent Greko-Roman Theatre built 2nd Century BC; as well as the remains of an original private villa the ‘House of Eustolios’.
- The Sanctuary Of Apollo - At a stunning location overlooking the sea, we will visit the Sanctuary and Temple of Apollon Hylates - God of the Woodland and he was the protector of Kourion. His sanctuary was an important religious center and it is believed that he was worshipped at the site from the 8th century BC. The temple of Apollo makes for excellent photo shots.
- Aphrodite’s Rock - Our next stop will be at Aphrodite’s Birthplace where you will be able to enjoy a coffee break and see the beautiful coastline were the Goddess of Love & Beauty was born from the foam of the sea.
- The House of Dionysus - Arriving at the ancient capital of Cyprus – Pafos, we will visit the famous Pafos Mosaics which are part of the Archaeological Park of Kato Pafos, (included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites List since 1980). They were discovered in 1962, after a farmer ploughing his field accidently unearthed one of them. We will see the House of Dionysos, a villa of a Roman nobleman, with amazing floor mosaic scenes from Greek Mythology.
- Paphos Harbour and Port - At the Pafos Harbour and Port area, you will have free time. Enjoy a stroll along the vibrant promenade with beautiful views; visit the local souvenir shops and have lunch at one of the many attractive cafes or restaurants.
- Loukoumia Arsinoe - On our return to Limassol we will visit Geroskipou Village to taste the famous Cyprus delights - Loukoumia.

Excellent tour and team - Second round the day after the 1st in Nicosia and Larnaca. Excellent tour perfectly orchestrated and well led. The main archaeological sites, the Rock of Aphrodite and the city of Phapos in one day. We have been conquered. On the way back, we had forgotten our phone on the bus that was brought back to us very quickly. Thanks for everything.

A beautiful day in Kourion and Paphos - Very nice experience and full of things to see. The pick up was on time at the start and the tour operator informed me in real time of the imminent arrival at the meeting point I had selected. The guide was very good and prepared and nice. It would be nice to also include a short visit to the lighthouse of Paphos.

I had a wonderful time on... - I had a wonderful time on this tour as a solo traveller! Our guide Michalis was funny, knowledgeable, and made the experience so enjoyable. Chris, our driver, was fantastic and got us to every stop safely – they made a great team.
The sites were beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the group was a nice mix of people. It’s a great option if you’re looking to do something different from the usual beach or mountain activities. If you’re into history or Greek and Roman mythology, this is definitely for you.
We also stopped at Paphos Marina for lunch at the oldest restaurant in town, the Pelican Restaurant – and yes, we got to meet Coco the pelican! Highly recommend this tour.

A nice view of many of... - A nice view of many of the archaeological sites of Cyprus; the mosaics in the house of Dionysus in Pafos are fascinating. Our driver Chris was fantastic! Gave excellent information along the way!

Pafmos Panache on archeological day trip from Limassol - We really enjoyed our small group day tour to Pafmos from Limassol focused on archeological sites but blended nicely with the 5 senses of the sea along the lovely promenade as well as the fantastic massive monoliths stretching into the blue seas at Aphrodite’s birthplace for a much earned stop to dip our toes in the crystal clear waters and grab a coffee. Ascot Tours was great with clean, safe, personable and gracious service particularly notable was Chris as this was our 3rd tour with him! Enjoyed relaxing on the Pafmos Promenade at The Mooring which had excellent sandwich specials and salads. Highly recommend Ascot Tours and ask for the tours with Chris who is a consummate pro & great person! Well done

A magnificent dive into the ancient history of Cyprus - A private tour of great charm and cultural interest, between Limassol and Paphos. We visited Kolossi Castle, the beauties of Kurion, the Shrine of Apollo, the site where mythology places the birth of Venus and the beautiful Paphos. I want to thank our driver Socrates for his expertise and availability.

Wonderful, Historic Tour. A must for anyone that wants to see History in real lifr - This is a wonderful Historical Tour. I enjoyed the information that was given to us.
Make sure you wear good walking shoes.
The step back in History, for me, was so exciting. Seeing the Greko-Roman theatre in real life was amazing.
I wanted to go swimming at Aphrodite's birthplace. We had a day of blue sky's so the site was most impressive.

Excellent day - Excellent tour operator. The itinerary was excellent. The guide Michalis and the driver Chris were really friendly and accommodating. Everything was really well planned and they have excellent knowledge of the sites, the history, even the flora ! The minibus was very comfortable and air conditioned and the driving very safe. We’ve done three tours with Ascot and have been very pleased with them all. We highly recommend this family run tour operators whose hospitality is exemplary. Excellent value for money.

Well organized - Nice combination of sights. Plenty of time everywhere. Air conditioning in the van very nice. We were there during a heatwave; personally I would like to save this trip for spring/autumn.
