Hop on and hop off a good choice - A comfortable way to get around, especially in Lisbon, where there is many heroes up and down. The waiting times for the next bosses we’re very close to the schedule times.

Convenient and flexible way to explore Lisbon solo - The Hop On Hop Off in Lisbon was perfect for me as a solo traveler who wanted to explore the city at my own pace. Without a guide, I enjoyed the freedom to get off and on at the spots that interested me most, taking my time to really see each place. The buses are easy to use, with well-placed stops at all the main sights, and they run frequently, so there’s no long waiting around. I felt safe and independent throughout the whole experience. A great option for anyone traveling alone who wants to discover Lisbon in a practical and relaxed way!

Well spent money - My Family and i had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon! It was an amazing experience.. we loved the hop on hop off, we met Rui Pedro who was very helpfull and kind, he gave us great tips about what to do during our stay and told us what where the must go to places!! He truly made a difference, we really enjoyed meeting him😎 We loved the torre de Belém and Chiado.. We wish to return to Portugal next year and visit some more..

EXELENT - EXELENT 3 very well spent days, with comfort and all the information we needed to leave Lisbon and get to know its culture better. The salesman was very friendly and as he was close to our hotel we spent the 3 days there collecting souvenirs. His name is Rui (sorry if I wrote it wrong). He is a guy who works in a shop on Prata ST. But we also saw him in Restauradores. the drivers are not very friendly and do not speak English. *****Stars to the service. ****** Stars to the salesman - Ruhi. ** stars to the drivers.

Great way to see the city - I did the 48 hour Red sightseeing bus and it was the best way to explore the city. There are three lines - Red, Blue and Green.

Great option to tour less accessible areas - For the basic 24-hour ticket (which actually works 24 hours, not like in Porto, which actually only works on the day of purchase) we found a good deal. Better yet to visit locations a little outside the tourist circuit, like the University of Lisbon and the only stadiums Sporting and Benfica. It's expensive, but it pays off. Better take a first round to mark the attractions that are worth going down to visit, and then do the up and off in the planned places. Unlike Porto and Coimbra, the number of cars and the range is respectable.

Good service from Salvador - Excellent service from Salvador at the booking office. Helpful friendly and able to answer all our questions(in English!) Bus tour interesting but a few hiccups with audio-either not working or not in sync with the location.

Rough drivers - Some of the bus drivers are rough, like you are riding a Rollercoaster 🎢, I came back home with a headache and a backache , Some of the audio stands in the chair don't work

Stay off the Lisbon Hop On Hop Off Bus - Took the Gray Line Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour. Avoid. The double deck busses are partly open on the upper level but are not air conditioned either upstairs or down. The busses are too big to negotiate the inner core of Lisbon so the route mostly passes through the unprepossessing and graffiti strewn inner suburbs. These areas look any other southern European city. Street after street of mid rise apartment blocks with the occasional public park. The highlight of the trip was to have been the monument to the discoveries of the early renaissance and the Belem Tower. Be aware that both these monuments are in semi industrial zones and bordered by busy railway lines that detract from any sense of history or grandeur. Also at the time of writing, June 2025, the Belem Tower is shrouded in scaffolding. This bus tour is a waste of time and money. Avoid

Hopped on and had to hop immediately off - Purchased tickets day of tour, but was not allowed to get on the bus after ticket would not scan, therefore this experience did not happen. BTW, we were on the right bus at the right time and at the right place.
