Red Route (Route)

Operating Schedule: The Red Route begins its first tour at 8:30 am, with the last complete tour at 6:00 pm, running every 15 minutes.

This stop provides access to the London Eye, SeaLife Aquarium, Jubilee Park, Waterloo Station, Westminster Bridge, and the River Thames. Cross the bridge to the Parliament side for a complimentary river cruise.

2. One Aldwych
This stop is ideal for visiting the Savoy Hotel, London Transport Museum, Covent Garden, Somerset House, and the Strand.

3. Ludgate Hill
Convenient for St Paul’s Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, and Blackfriars Bridge, all within a short walk.

4. Queen Victoria Street
Located near HSBC, this stop is perfect for visiting St Mary-Le-Bow Church.

5. Monument (Stop P)
Situated just north of London Bridge, this stop is great for London Bridge, the Monument to the Great Fire of London, and Sky Garden.

6. Tooley Street
Positioned to the left of Potters Fields Park, this stop offers access to the Shard, HMS Belfast, The London Bridge Experience, and Potters Field Park for stunning views of the London skyline and Tower Bridge.

7. Tower Hill
Located by the Building Worker bronze statue, this stop is ideal for the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St Katherine Docks, and Tower Pier for a free river cruise to Westminster Pier (if selected).

8. Victoria Embankment
Situated outside Temple Station on Victoria Embankment, this stop offers views of Waterloo Bridge, National Theatre, and the Oxo Tower, with King’s College London a short walk away.

9. Westminster Pier
Located at Westminster Bridge, this is the Free River Cruise stop in front of Westminster Pier, offering access to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall, Downing Street, and Churchill War Rooms.

10. Horseferry Road
At the junction of Thorney Street - Millbank Stop NE, this stop is perfect for the MI5 Building and Tate Britain, a short walk away.

11. Buckingham Gate
Opposite The Queen’s Gallery on Buckingham Gate, this stop is ideal for Buckingham Palace, The Queen’s Gallery, The Royal Mews, Victoria Memorial, and St James’ Park.

12. Victoria station
Located on Buckingham Palace Road, outside the Grosvenor/Clermont hotel, this stop is convenient for Victoria Station.

Situated outside Victoria Station towards Eccleston Street.

19. Pall Mall East
Located to the left of the entrance to the National Portrait Gallery, this stop is ideal for Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Admiralty Arch, The Mall, and St James’ Park.

20. St Thomas’ Hospital / County Hall (Stop D)
On the Westminster Bridge South - London Eye side, in front of the Marriott hotel, this stop offers access to the London Eye, SeaLife Aquarium, Westminster Bridge, and the River Thames. Cross the bridge to the Parliament side for a complimentary river cruise.

• Blue Route - first tour at 8:50am, last full tour at 5:30pm from Stop 17. Duration - 60 minutes. Frequency is every 30 minutes
• Customers can start their tour at any of the stops along the routes. Stop 1 on the Red Route and Green Shuttle Service is Belvedere Road
• Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards
• The Blue Route features a Kid’s Commentary
• Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be accepted at any of the stops along the routes. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
• Stop 10 Horseferry Road is currently closed. The nearest stop is Stop 9 Westminster Pier
• Rock & Roll Walking Tour (included in the 24, 48 and 72-hour tickets): Operates every day at 12pm. Departure Stops: Haymarket (Stop 18)
• Royal Walking Tour (included in the 48 and 72-hour tickets only): Departs at 9:45am every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Departure Stop: Haymarket (Stop 18). Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
• Jack the Ripper Walking Tour (included in the 48 and 72-hour tickets only): Departs at 3pm every day. Departure Stop: Tower Hill (Stop 7). Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
• 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
• 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 minutes approx. First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am. Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 4pm. Last departures from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 5:50pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
• T15 Routemaster Heritage Route (included in the 48 and 72-hour tickets only): Buses depart from Trafalgar Square/ Charing Cross Stop F. Departures every 30 minutes from 9:30am - 5pm. Heading west, buses depart from Tower Hill/ Tower of London Stop TA every 30 minutes from 10:30am - 6pm
• Night Tour (included in the 72-hour ticket only): Operates daily at 7:30pm, 8pm, 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 9:45pm and 10:20pm (April - September). Operates daily at 7:30pm and 9:20pm (October - March). Departure Stop: Outside Green Park Station
• Sunday 27th April: The tour will not operate due to the London Marathon taking place
