Jack the Ripper Walking Tour - Along with the Hop on Hop off bus we did the 'Jack the Ripper Walking Tour' with James. It was excellent - a must do. James transported us back in time with all the information he gave us. He had the ability to keep the group fully focused and totally interested. At the end of the tour he pointed out transport options and food options. With the tour we also got to see some interesting parts of London we wouldn't have otherwise seen. Thank you.

Great trip - Love the narrator. He was very informational, fun, and pleasant to talk to talk too. If I ever come back around might just do this again.

Great guidr - James, the walking tour guide, is amazing. Highly recommend getting the 72 hour ticket which includes his tours. There are quite a few buses. We only have had to wait once but that was not their fault. The traffic is very busy here.

Thank You Daniel - Thank You Daniel for the great experience. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation and 13 years married anniversary. I would recommend booking ahead of time, not the day of.

Family Trip to London: Wonderful but what about Wheelchair Accessibility? - My family and I had a wonderful time on both of the walking tours that we took ( the Palace walking tour and the Jack the Ripper tour). Our guide James was very knowledgeable and detailed. I have been to London before and learned really interesting new things! I am really into true crime podcasts and was excited for the feel/experience of the tour, but wasn’t expecting much new information. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn a lot of new and interesting information/theories and suspects for Jack the Ripper. James also knew all of the right places to take us on both tours to help us get an authentic experience! My mom, brother and I had a nice experience on the tour bus, and learned a lot with the audio GPS guide, with lots of good stops. The one problem was they don’t allow Wheelchairs on their buses, nor would they be accessible if they were allowed. This is a bummer because my dad was in a wheelchair and couldn’t participate in that part of the tour. We were rushing back from the London Eye for the Jack the Ripper tour, but as the tour buses are not accessible, we needed an alternative route. We put him on an accessible city bus, with the directions to meet us at the location. He got most of the way there, getting off the bus and then his GPS stopped working. We arrived at the meeting location, and realized my dad was not there, and realized he had gotten lost. James was really accommodating, he waited at the meetup location for a few minutes to give him time to catch up. Then after realized, he needed a few more minutes, he gave his first spiel there at the spot (rather than beginning the tour and heading to the first stop). They said it was due to company regulations that the bus was not allowed, but almost every other form of transportation in London is accessible, including all Black Taxis, Buses and a good amount of Subway Stations. It’s confusing and is upsetting because it’s not my dad’s fault that he is in a chair, and it’s not right that he can’t participate in the tour bus aspect of the tour when his chair is allowed just about anywhere else. Besides all of that, all of the employees we came across were very informative and kind. Particularly the gentleman who was at the palace tour meeting spot: 23/6/25. He helped us get last minute tickets for my dad to both of the walking tours. We hadn’t gotten tickets for him, because they came with our tour bus ticket purchases, so he was very helpful and wonderful!

It often took buses a... - It often took buses a long time to arrive and the walking tours were very infrequent so that we couldn’t even do one

A bit disappointed - It was a bit disappointing after being in the city for a few days then doing this tour. We didn’t really go anywhere that we hadn’t already been. Also, we were never provided with an audio guide, we didn’t even know that they were available until 1/2 way through the trip.

Disappointing - The map print is too small. You cant tell where you are or are supposed to be to get on the bus. The service is inadequate. They Don't cover the important attractions that other lines do. We waited for over half an hour for a bus while 7 other hoponhopoff buses of the other companies passed by. The walking tours are only once a day at a time when you can't get there on their buses. The only good thing I can say is that there was always plenty of room to get on because hardly anyone else was riding them. I urge viator to drop the Top View line from their bookings. Big Bus would be my choice next time.

Beware. They will not refund your money even if they do not show up for the tour. - We bought 2 day tickets for our family, and could only use them on day 2. We should up at 8:00 and waited in the pouring rain for an hour and a half. Top View never came by. Busses from Big Bus and Londons Finest came by at least 3 or 4 times each while we waited. We ended up buying tickets from Londons finest and ended up having a great time. I contacted Too View and asked for a refund since they didn’t show up. And I was told the tickets are non-refundable. Even though they didn’t show up that morning.

Not recommended - Do not go with this company, choose Toot Toot or Big Bus. Top view have very few buses running ( compared to the other companies) which means much longer wait times. Their website is useless, no location of pickup points. We also waited 55 mins for a bus that is supposed to have a 15 mins frequency. To top it off we purchased a 48 hour pass which you would expect to start when you first activate the card, but it automatically activates at 8 am in the morning. Not impressed with this tour.
