Colossal structures and best care - We had a very informative tour of the historical sights of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings. Our tourist guide Markus spoke super German, knew perfectly and responded to our questions and wishes. He was also super helpful in passing through the obligatory bazaars at the sights and explained to us the tricks used to sneak tips at the highlights. Now we have a long and eventful day behind us. In the modern private minibus it was very comfortable as a family. Cold drinks (water and Coke) went on the house. Two drivers accompanied us all day (from 3am) and split the long distance between the hotel on the Red Sea and Luxor. Traffic in Egypt takes some getting used to for Germans, but our drivers have mastered it confidently. We drive very well felt in good hands. If the children have already left primary school, this tour is highly recommended to families!

Perfect day trips from Hurghada - We have pre-booked two tours online from home. Each private tour as a family of three. Once from Hurgada by car to Luxor and once by flight to Cairo. We are delighted with the ease of handling and the friendliness of all “carers”. We had a great time and always felt like we were in competent hands. Many thanks to everyone again - especially our drivers and German-speaking guides.

Top travel company - We did an one day excursion to pyramids and museum at Cairo, followed by an one day Luxor excursion with kings valley, Ramses and Karnak temples and Nilo river private cruise. Amazing Egyptologists as private guides for both days, great private drivers/transports, very good 5* hotel at Cairo, great restaurants, all very organised and punctual! We really recommend! Serious travel company!

Luxor Day Trip with Guide Markus - Our day trip from Hurghada to Luxor was an unforgettable experience – thanks mainly to our great guide Markus! With his enormous knowledge, passion for the history of Egypt and humor, he has brought every station to life. Whether in the Karnak Temple, the Memnon Colossi, the Valley of the Kings or the Temple of Hatshepsut – Mark explained everything in an exciting and understandable way and always took time to answer questions. The relaxed Nile cruise and the delicious local food were a crowning achievement. Even our son's food allergy was perfectly considered. Clear recommendation – especially with Markus as guide!

Great trip to Luxor. - Our second tour with Memnon and it was outstanding again. Last year we went to Cairo, now to Luxor. We were picked up by Mohammed, he drove us safely and skillfully through the desert to Luxor. There we were met by Osama, our guide for the day. Osama inspired us in Egyptian culture and with his expertise. He also helped us a lot with a small problem in the temple. Thanks again for that. It was a really successful tour with a lot of expertise and warmth. We can only recommend Memnon travel.

Luxor day trip - absolutely top - 10 stars ********!!! - We booked an unforgettable day trip from Soma Bay to Luxor with Memnon Reisen last week with just 24h lead time in the evening at 22:00h. After contacting us via WhatsApp, we received a friendly and competent response from Ahmed within a few minutes. Unimaginable in Germany, Memnon Reisen has planned the entire trip completely including tickets, lunch and Nile ride and our guide, also Ahmed, has also responded to our wishes. Our guide Ahmed Arman, Egyptologist and historian, has imparted so much of his incomparable knowledge entirely in German. It couldn't have been better. We saw so many sights, the program was perfect. Thank you for visiting the Luxor Temple instead of Karnak Temple at the beginning. Our two shuttle van drivers also did a great job and drove very professionally. They were super friendly and made us feel safe at all times. So is the boatmaster on the Nile. The whole program was perfect and we would recommend it anytime. Small improvement suggestion: Card payment would be advantageous, especially for a larger rice group.

A wonderful excursion - That was a successful thing from the start. Communication with Memnon Reisen ran via WharsApp in German, it all worked out. It was a wonderful trip. Akram drove great, we never had any reservations. Malek, our guide in Luxor, was great, very nice and friendly and patient, good-humored and always eager to do us right, also with a huge knowledge. It's nice that he speaks perfect German, because we could ask him anything that came to mind, whether it was "Old Egypt" or "Egypt today". The program was well planned, and that we would have too little time in Karnak later, we did not know, otherwise we would have eaten faster ;-). Food was also very good, by the way. The only thing we missed: it was on the Internet, we would also drive on the Nile through small places to see a little Egyptian life, and that was completely missing. It's too bad. Otherwise: 100 points :-)
