Love Madrid - Very interesting our guide was great Beatriz was very professional and courteous gave us lots of historical information

Our tour guide was very... - Our tour guide was very knowledgable. Going through the palace unassisted would have been too difficult. Our guide made the information very relatable. We took this tour after the Prado tour, which brought Spanish culture and history together for us. It was nice to see how everything was connected.

Tour - We had a wonderful experience. We learned a lot and our tour guide Jesus was fantastic! It is definitely worth the extra money to have a guided tour and to skip the line.

Visit Royal Palace and Old Town - The guide was very good and exhaustive. He spoke softly to make us understand and understand the story of what he was explaining.

Royal palace tour with Beatrice - We did the Royal palace tour and it was fantastic thanks to Beatrice. Her history know-how and sense of humor made the 2 hr walking tour a breeze.

Not what we got - We had booked Madrid Old Town and Royal Palace tour but there was no old town tour .
The duration of walk was for approx 2 hours 10 mins but lasted 1 hour 30 mins . We received a phone call the day before that the start time was delayed by 30 minutes .
We started at 11am and proceeded to the Royal Palace and participated in the tour .
Our tour guide was very good .
And that was that .
No Madrid Old town port of what we paid for.

Poor Quality Radios - Poor quality radios would cut out for large chunks of time. We only heard about 1/2 of everything the guide was telling us throughout the whole tour.
