The expansive cave entrance is located in Altinbesik National Park, 60 km north of Side, near Ormana. It is a notable attraction in the Ormana region. Access to the cave is via a mountain road from Ürünlü, a neighboring village of Ormana. The journey is enjoyable, offering stunning views of the valley below and the Manavgat River. Indeed, the cave’s water flows into the Manavgat River, which travels through a steep valley towards the sea.
• Ormana - Ormana is a quaint Ottoman mountain village, situated 80 kilometers north of Manavgat in the Taurus Mountains. The village’s oldest houses date back to the 17th century, with some being 300 years old. It is remarkable that the button houses have endured for so long, constructed solely from stones stacked without the use of cement or boards for reinforcement.
