Great way to see the city after dark. - The small-group tour was a great way to explore Marrakesh after dark. The guide was informative and fun. We had experiences that we would not have been able to try on our own.

An informative friendly family tour - Our guide was fab - he communicated with us knowing that our taxi from the hotel was running late he kept in contact and waited for us. He informed us of where we were, what was going on, about the different cultures and different music we heard. He was very attentive and took us places we would never have found on our own

Great Night walking tour - Great guide. We did a tour of the medina and went to a great spice shop. Really enjoyed the city and time and at the end we had a nice Moroccan tea.

Magical Medina with Muhammad - We were a little nervous about going into the Medina with it being our first visit to Marrakech, so we decided to book a private guide for an evening tour to get the best experience- and we definitely did!
Muhammad was warm, welcoming with a big smile. Lots of local knowledge (born in Marrakech) and took us to see some amazing sites and better souks then we ever would have found. He was happy to answer any questions & shared a lot of history with us.
Would recommend the Medina at night if you want to experience the full vibe, (Fridays and Saturdays are busier!)
Something we will never forget and Muhammad was brilliant!

Wow amazing! - Jaouad was so friendly, knowledgable, and made the experience unforgettable. He knew all the best spots to take photos and ensured he got the perfect angle when offering to take them for us, not forgetting a selfie with him. The souks were bustling with people but the atmosphere is so unique. Jaouad was also kind enough to point out places to eat and the best places to buy certain things we were looking for.

Impossible to visit, very kind and understanding guide - Very nice gentleman who called us because we could not go to the appointment to make the visit.
Passport forgotten on board the plane, Easyjet airline did nothing to return it despite the details of where it was on the plane.
Sorry I couldn't make the tour for that reason. Nor to have been able to enjoy our holidays for that matter, because the airline did not do its job well.

Sadly, our Guide Oussama... - Sadly, our Guide Oussama was a bit of a disappointment. When he was paying attention to us, he was knowledgeable and interesting, but he spent most of his time on his phone texting and talking to friends and family. We had scheduled a tour of the night market and mosque, but when he realized that we did not plan on purchasing things from the vendors that he took us to (we are assuming that he gets a kickback), he was done with us and ready to get us a Tuk-Tuk and send us on our way. When I reminded him that we were supposed to go the the Mosque as well, he looked at me and said, "oh" and begrudgingly took us. In the past we have always had excellent experiences with Viator guides so I think that this was just a bad guide.
