Traverse the majestic Atlas Mountain range, with a stop for coffee and restroom use at the first foothills. Then, descend into the mesmerizing Kasbah at Ait Ben Haddou.

Ait Ben Haddou - Drive uphill on winding roads to the renowned Tizi Ntichka pass before arriving at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the first major sightseeing stop of the day. The Berber walled settlement of Ait Ben Haddou is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a filming location for famous Hollywood epics such as Kingdom of Heaven, Lawrence of Arabia, and Gladiator.

Ouarzazate - Continue to Ouarzazate to explore the main sights. After lunch at a local café, drive to Dades Valley, Skoura Oasis, and Klaa Mgouna, the capital of the Valley of the Roses, known for its rose water artisanal distillation facilities.

Dades Gorges - Upon arrival at Boumalne Dades, follow the Dades River on a narrow road that passes by many fortified Kasbahs on the route to Dades Canyons. Arrive late in the afternoon at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the Dades hotel.

Tinghir - The next morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast at the guesthouse before setting out for the awe-inspiring Todra Gorge, passing through Tinghir city and Todra valley.

Todgha Gorge - After some free time to take in the vastness of the cliffs and lunch, depart early in the afternoon for Rissani, known for its dates market and as the starting point for historic commercial caravans crossing the Sahara desert to Tomboctou.

Erfoud - Proceed to Merzouga after a brief pause, traveling across some rocky desert terrain. Upon arrival at Merzouga, feel free to cool down in the refreshing pool before embarking on the evening desert journey to the camp. Meet the camel caravan and ride camels across the spectacular color-changing sand dunes against the backdrop of the sunset. Arrive at the Sahara desert tent before nightfall.

Merzouga - Explore the impressive dunes of Merzouga, where a welcome tea awaits, showcasing the hospitality of the desert people. At this point, leave the hostel to pack bags and what is not needed in the desert, and join a camel caravan for approximately one hour to the tented camp. Stop halfway to watch the sunset in the countryside with a traditional dinner and typical music, spending the night.

Merzouga - Start the day by rising early to catch the sunrise on the nearby dunes, followed by a hearty breakfast back at the camp and a chance to refresh. Once energized and prepared, set out on a morning camel trek to marvel at the stunning sunrise over the dunes or choose to return by 44. Returning from the ride, whether by camel or 44, to the opposite side of the dunes, commence the onward journey to Fes.

Erfoud - Cross the palm grove of Tafilalet and the town of Erfoud to reach the Ziz valley.

Ifrane - If possible, meet the Maggots monkeys at the cedar forest between Azrou and Ifrane.

Fes el-Bali - Arrive in Fez, the cultural capital of Morocco, early in the evening. Drop off at the accommodation or the nearest accessible point - End of service in Fes.
