Dades Gorges - This 4-day desert tour to Merzouga, featuring a camel trek in the Sahara Desert, begins early in the morning. The guide meets the travelers at their Hotel/Riad, and they depart from the vibrant city of Marrakech towards Ait Ben Haddou. The journey includes a drive through the High Atlas Mountains and the renowned Tizi n’Tichka Pass, which stands at an elevation of 2,260 meters. Tizi n’Tichka translates to “difficult mountain pasture” in Berber, and the reason becomes evident during the trip. Upon arrival at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, visitors enjoy a walking tour of the Kasbah and have lunch before continuing to Dades Gorge via Skoura. Overnight accommodation is provided at a hotel.
