Sands, Stories & Stars - Just finished an incredible 3-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our driver Mehdi was the heart of the trip—more than just a driver, he was a storyteller, a drummer, and the guy who kept the whole group entertained and feeling like family. His energy and passion made the long drives feel like part of the adventure. The first night’s stay at the riad was beyond expectations—stunning setting, delicious food, and warm hospitality. Huge shoutout to Abdou and Ahmed from the riad team for making us feel so welcome. Our first stop in Aït Ben Haddou was guided by Yessin, who was nothing short of amazing. His insights, humor, and local knowledge brought the ancient kasbah to life. And of course, the highlight—Merzouga and the desert itself. From riding camels across the dunes to watching the sunset and dancing under the stars, every moment was pure magic. The desert camp experience was something I’ll never forget. The only downside was the van - too hot and AC was not handling the Jul heat so well. This tour is more than just a trip—it’s a memory you’ll keep forever. Highly recommend!

It's been an invaluable experience. - I was able to experience everything I wanted to experience in Morocco. We were able to ride camels and visit some historically valuable places. However, staying in a hotel or tent can be a bit difficult. The guide was very kind and funny.

To do - 3-day tour highly recommended. The second day is the best because you live in unforgettable desert experience. Our Imod guide was kind and helpful. The only flaw is that throughout the trip you are forced to have lunch in the places where they take you and often at the end of lunch they say a different price from the initial one

Best trip ever with the greatest guide/driver - The best trip! All of the food was amazing, the accomodation on both nights was way better than expected. Hesham was the best guide, he knew so much information and made sure we had so much fun as well as driving so safe in the busy towns. It was my friends birthday on the trip and he helped us get a cake in the desert! Unreal trip!

The Most Amazing Experience - This tour was just amazing. We were a group of 29 study abroad kids who came and they were very hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating to our very large group. Our tour guide, Said, was just incredible. He taught us so much about the history, culture, and environment of Morocco. Definitely recommend requesting Said as your tour guide! The tour was amazing and so much fun! The hotel we stayed in was great, and we had an awesome time on the camels, ATVs, and sand-surfing. This tour is perfect for study abroad kids who have a long weekend or anyone who would like to see the Sahara Desert and Merzouga from a native point of view.
