If you can't decide, stop looking.This is the one! - This tour was amazing. The captain and guide put a lot of thought and effort into making the experience one of a kind. If you're trying to decide which tour to take, this is the one!!

Family had a fantastic time - They did a great job with my family of 6, our little ones age 4,7,11 all had a fantastic time. We had a particularly windy day and the captain and Shasta dis a great job finding a good spot to snorkel and to get us there safely. We had the best time!

Great experience - The guides were amazing. Great short snorkeling trip in the afternoon. Saw a few turtles, sting ray, small shark and lots of fish.

MUST DO! The best experience! - 10/17/25, 4.5 hour snorkel trip -- look no further and call to book!
Amazing experience from booking to end of tour! You will not regret a tour with this crew. Safe, educational experts! Then through in the turtles, dolphins, Bruce the shark, and positive vibes throughout the whole tour! Shasta, shoutout to you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us in the water. Your support made us feel more comfortable as you set us up in the water for the best spots!

Fabulous Snorkeling Adventure! - Absolutely wonderful! Merman team so attuned to the guests! Ensuring everyone is safe and having the best experience ever! Shasta knew all the fish we were seeing. Turtles were right next to us! Boat was comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Great snorkeling adventure!

Must do snorkel on Maui! - Absolutely amazing experience! The entire team was fantastic from Austin, the owner who helped us schedule after our initial snorkel we scheduled was unfortunately not able to go out, to Cassie and Makiya! We did two stops and each one was beautiful, the water was clear, and you could tell they really made a point to drop us where we could see a lot of wildlife. We saw tons of fish, coral, Honus, and even a shark! 🦈
We highly recommend Austin and his team for an amazing adventure on Maui!! The customer service was top notch and the snorkel experience was a blast!

Best snorkeling so far!!! - It was an amazing snorkeling experience. We got to see many turtles and fish. The coral reef was beautiful. Our guides were very professional and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable since we have snorkeled only a couple of times. They provided snacks and drinks also. Would definitely recommend this company.

WHAT A RIDE!!!! - This was the first time snorkeling and to be honest we didn't think we'd like it
But....were we ever surprised! My husband and I are over 70 years of age and the captain and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable! The trip was smooth, we saw lots of fish and even roughly 1000 spinner dolphins surrounding our boat! I'd go with this crew anywhere!!!

Turtleiffic Time! - A great afternoon adventure! Austin greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. Captain Derek and guide Shasta were great with my 9yo and 7yo curious and active boys along with my 75yo mom. We felt very safe at all times and would definitely do a trip with this company in the future. This adventure was a must do while in Maui and we chose a company with a great reputation for safety and hospitality. We were amazed by all of the sea life we saw… more fish that I can name, Green Sea Turtles swimming all over, a huge reef shark, and fly by from a beautiful Eagle Ray.

An Incredible Snorkeling Experience with The Magic Merman! - We had a fantastic time with The Magic Merman Snorkel Charters on July 9, 2025. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and fun. Austin greeted us on the beach and immediately put us at ease. He carefully explained how they would help my mother-in-law, who has limited mobility, onto the dinghy and then the boat—and they handled it with such care and ease. We were really impressed and grateful.
Shasta led our snorkel group in the water and was absolutely wonderful—calm, knowledgeable, and always helpful. She made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time exploring. Out in the water, we saw sea turtles, a stingray, and even a shark—it was unforgettable!
Makiya was our captain and brought great energy to the trip. He was funny, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing.
The whole crew was fantastic. We felt safe, welcomed, and taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend The Magic Merman for an amazing snorkeling adventure in Maui!
