Educational - Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Road construction currently so beware the road is windy and bumpy/rocky in sections. Took 1 hour 20 mins each way from Santa Cruz Bay.

A very enjoyable day. Our... - A very enjoyable day. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Lagoon experience was very interesting. The turtle release was moving. Learned a lot about turtle behaviour and we each had our own turtle to release and video. It’s a bit of a long and tedious drive to Ventanilla but you won’t regret the experience!

Good day! - It was super interesting to learn about the turtles and their journey into the sea. However, it was at the end of a long day so be prepared to have a long ride to and fro. I would definitely recommend it and the guide was very helpful and a good driver!

Bucket list experience go with tour for better safety - This was an expensive trip but knowing about the conservation efforts associated with these ecotourism businesses made it worth it. Our tour guide Jose was fantastic, and so pleasant and calm. We saw crocodiles, whales and participating in the baby turtle release is a once in a life time opportunity. We left after the sunset which was so beautiful over the Pacific Ocean.
I would recommend going with a tour guide as in the village you get harassed by groups of young boy teens demanding pesos and this was the only time I felt unsafe in the Huatulco area. In addition the road trip has a lot of construction and Jose was a superb driver all the more reason to go with tour van.

Way better than I could’ve imagined! - Luis was prompt and very knowledgeable. He kindly translated everything for us in to English. We had no idea that the trip would include a boat ride and island tour that included up close encounters with the animals. Lunch was amazing and the turtle release was very special. I wish I could’ve spent more time playing with them, but we barely made before the sunset. All in all it was a very fun and enjoyable day!

Subpar customer service. Not trustworthy - I canceled my tour the night before and requested a credit for future use. They not only denied this but kept all my money. I tried to talk to them and they were very rude. The customer service is subpar. Operating as this people do is bad business practice. I don’t recommend and or support a business with such low ethical and professional standards.

Disappointed and disgusted with SCAM - Terrible!!! This trip was for my 10 year old autistic Son whom loves turtles and crocodiles, we were all excited to learn more about the sanctuary and the animals, I was sent a message to meet at the lobby for 1:30 and when the tour bus didn’t show up, I contacted the tour company and the lady informed me that we were supposed to be in the lobby for 1:00, I was sent a message in the morning to be there for 1:30.
Then she informed me that there was no other tours and that it was my fault
I argued that was not true and she HUNG UP on me, we spoke to the resort’s concierge and he kindly called to speak to the company regarding our situation and that same lady hung up on him!!
I put a complaint in with Trip Advisor and within half an hour, I was sent an email saying I would not get a refund after a thorough investigation I was not going to get a refund because the tour company didn’t approve the refund?!?!
What a SCAM - my first experience with Trip Advisor and I will NEVER again book with them
