- Santa Cruz Huatulco - During the journey between Huatulco, Ventanilla, and Puerto Angel, discover the coastal countryside with its traditional farms, pineapple plantations, coconut palms, maize, sesame, mangoes, and seven banana varieties, along with zebu cattle and brahma bulls. Participants will encounter wildlife in its natural habitat, getting a close view of herons, kingfishers, diving ducks, and even river crocodiles. Observing crocodiles is a safe activity, as they are calm during the day. This is conducted in rowboats to avoid disturbing the wildlife.
Visitors will explore the renowned Zipolite beach and then proceed to Puerto Angel, where they can enjoy a delicious meal featuring fresh seafood and a wide array of dishes to suit all preferences.

Beautiful nature... - Beautiful nature experience. Transportation was smooth and time just flew by.

Absolute heaven - I had an absolutely amazing experience on this ecotour along the coast of Oaxaca! As a nature and animal lover, it was pure heaven—I got to see so many incredible species, from crocodiles to turtles, and so much beautiful wildlife. Our guide, Edgar, was fantastic: super friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the tour both fun and informative, and his passion for nature really shone through. I can’t recommend this tour enough for anyone who loves wildlife and wants a memorable adventure in Oaxaca!

Wildlife Eco Tour | Huatulco - We had a wonderful experience on the Wildlife Eco Tour in Huatulco! Our guide, Jose, was fantastic — very kind, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which was especially appreciated by those in our group who don’t speak Spanish.
The tour stops were well-paced and scenic. We visited Puerto Ángel, Zipolite Beach, and ended at La Ventanilla for the wildlife portion of the tour. At La Ventanilla, we took a guided boat ride that lasted about 30 minutes and saw many crocodiles (both large and small), along with a few turtles and iguanas. It was exciting, educational, and felt very respectful of the wildlife.
Afterward, we stopped at a local restaurant for lunch, which had several nice menu options to choose from and was a great way to end the day.
Overall, this was a well-organized, informative, and enjoyable tour — a great way to see a different side of the Huatulco area. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy nature and wildlife!

Great Oaxaca coast tour - We had a wonderful tour at the Oaxaca coast with Edgar. We got to see many of the beaches along the coast abd also see the animal diversity there.
Edgar was a fantastic guide abd really wanted us to enjoy the tour abd did everything he could so we are pleased

What a fun day! - What an amazing day! From the communication with the tour operator to the trip back home, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was informative, fun, adventurous and relaxing all in one. I highly recommend this tour!

Crocodiles, iguanas and a gentleman - Wildlife Eco Tour on the coast of Oaxaca… it’s a “not to miss” adventure. It can give a nice cut of the reality beyond tourism and how people here want to preserve the status quo.
We went in contact with the association that is working on the preservation of mangroves. Our guide Jahaziel drove us to Ventanilla (reserve place) and we could see iguana and crocodiles. Then we did a mezcal tasting… and why not ? Adding even an eye cleanse… with the promise I would have regained sight 🤥 🤣 stops with bath in Mazunte, Zipolite and finally in Puerto Angel … we had a such great lunch in front of the see… I was enjoying the food so much that I could not think to take pictures …
The day flew by. Amazingly. A great way to end my Mexican holiday…
And why not an example of chivalry… Jahaziel, walked me to the door of my hotel since the street was dark… what an example …

Touring with Luis - Have good bug spray and your own water to take with you. Was a very interesting tour, enjoyed the stops along the way.

Disappointed - This trip was not what we expected. We are experienced travelers.
Delayed start by 1/2 hour as a couple staying in our hotel received wrong start time.
Guide was pleasant, but said he spoke some English. Therefore, as all the local guides gave information in Spanish, we learned not very much.
There was no information about what we were seeing on our 2 hour ride to the Lagoon.
Two hours at the Lagoon was too long as boat ride short and watching the deer too long. Again, since all in Spanish, we were just observers.
Looking forward to Manzunte, but it was only a smelling of organic cosmetics and opportunity to purchase. We did not understand anything as in Spanish.
Zipollite was okay. Pretty stretch of beach. Short stop.
Long, late lunch in Puerto Angel. No time to explore or any information about the stop.
6 pm Mezcal, Coffee, Chocolate sampling across street from restaurant in Puerto Angel.
Arrival back in Santa Cruz at 8:30 pm
We did enjoy the people in group.

Disappointed - Mixed feelings about this tour. Enjoyed each activity but spent far too much time at most. It was more than a ten hour day. The boat tour of the eco reserve was very interesting but although the tour promised an English guide our guide only spoke Spanish; there wasn’t room for our well- meaning tour guide on the boat. The tour advertises brunch and refreshments provided but there was none except water bottles. Instead we were ushered to a restaurant at our own expense at 3:30- way past lunch time. I would not do this trip again.

Amazing Guide and Lagoon, but Itinerary Omissions Were Disappointing - I have mixed feelings about this tour. On the positive side, our tour guide was a very sweet, helpful person who spoke excellent English, making the day much smoother for us. The visit to Ventanilla Lagoon was absolutely superb and a fantastic highlight; it is truly a must-visit spot in the region. We also enjoyed the visit to the cosmetic factory, which was a nice addition.
However, the tour did not strictly follow the advertised itinerary. We specifically chose this booking because it promised an early start to reach the lagoon first, but this was not the case. Most disappointingly, we completely missed the coffee ,mezcal and chocolate tastings mentioned in the itinerary. Since coffee is so famous in this region, I would have much preferred that over other stops.
Additionally, the stops at Mazunte and Puerto Angel beach were much shorter than mentioned in the itinerary. We felt okay with this as the beach itself was not that great, but it is worth noting for others that the timing was not as described.
