Upon returning from the fields, explore our 18th-century Palmento, a traditional Sicilian winery. It is one of the largest and best-preserved in the region, complete with large chestnut wood barrels and a grape pressing machine from 1790. This rare gem is a must-see! Additionally, enjoy stories from our ancestors’ diaries.

Immerse yourself in the solemn ambiance of the historical winery, dating back to 1790, which remains largely in its original form.
