• Hotel Marquis Reforma - Upon arrival, guests are welcomed at the spa reception where they complete a short health questionnaire and sign a liability waiver. They are then directed to the locker rooms to store their personal items and change into their swimwear, waiting in the lounge until a staff member guides them to the indoor pool area.

In the pool area, the ritual is explained, and guests enter the water, relax on a floating ring, and immerse themselves in the sound ritual. The session features a guided sound meditation (60 minutes) utilizing Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, shamanic drum, and seed percussion to promote deep relaxation.

Following the ritual, guests are invited to enjoy the hydrotherapy facilities, including the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool, with time to rest, shower, and change.

2. Pregnant guests are advised not to use the hydrotherapy circuit. However, they are welcome to participate in the floating sound healing ritual and use the relaxation loungers.

The Floating Sound Bath Ritual is a private group experience that provides a highly personalized wellness journey in an exclusive spa environment. Tailored for groups of 3 to 5 individuals, it merges guided sound meditation with live therapeutic instruments as participants float gently in warm water, promoting profound relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. The experience is further enriched with access to the spa’s hydrotherapy amenities, including an infrared sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and showers, enabling guests to completely relax before and after the ritual. This is a sophisticated, immersive method to decelerate, reconnect, and restore balance while traveling.

• The pool and hydrotherapy areas require walking, navigating level changes, and entering and exiting the jacuzzi, pool, steam room, and sauna. This experience is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
• Guests who are pregnant are not advised to use the hydrotherapy circuit. However, they are welcome to enjoy the floating sound healing ritual, as well as access to the relaxation loungers.
