• Hotel Marquis Reforma - Upon arrival, guests check in at the spa reception, fill out a brief health questionnaire, and sign a liability waiver. They are then directed to the locker rooms to store their belongings and change into non-slip sandals. Guests relax in the lounge until they are escorted to the indoor pool.

At the pool, the ritual is explained, and each guest is gently assisted onto their floating mat. Guests remain dry except for their feet. The session features a 60-minute guided sound meditation with live instruments, including metal and crystal singing bowls, various drums, and a wind gong, to promote deep relaxation.

Following the floating sound bath, guests return to the locker rooms to change into their bathing suits and enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit, which includes the infrared sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, with separate areas for men and women. The experience concludes with time to rest, shower, and change.

The private Floating Sound Bath Ritual provides a uniquely tailored wellness experience within an exclusive spa environment. Catering to groups of 3 to 10 people, it blends guided sound meditation with live therapeutic instruments as participants float on individual mats above warm water (without getting submerged), promoting profound relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. The experience is further enriched with access to the spa’s hydrotherapy amenities, including an infrared sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and showers, enabling guests to completely relax after the ritual. This is an elegant and immersive way to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance while traveling.

• The pool and hydrotherapy areas require walking, navigating level changes, and entering and exiting the jacuzzi, pool, steam room, and sauna. This experience is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
• Guests who are pregnant are not advised to use the hydrotherapy circuit. However, they are welcome to enjoy the floating sound healing ritual, as well as access to the relaxation loungers.
