Knowledgeable, personable, fantástico - Susanna! She came prepared with a hefty book of reference images and knew absolutely everything. She let me borrow her umbrella. Also there was a feral dog posing in front of the puma fresco. Laughing with Susanna felt like going to the spa. Thank you!

Excellent tour!! - Everything went smooth on this day trip. Our tour guide did excellent job taking care of us and explaining all about the pyramids. I will definitely book again should I go back.

Sardines - The tour is composed of the following - driving to destination - watch out this is a very tight squeeze with no room for movement. If you’re an adult you will be miserable. - pretour bait - a waste of time at an outpost designed to give you a kids lesson and sell you junk while you waste an hour. - tour - ok the tour itself was not bad. Amazing pyramids. - lunch - wether you like it or not you’re going to waste an hour or more at a lunch spot that’s overpriced for what you get. -drive back - again miserable experience. All in all a lot of wasted time for such a short 75 min tour.

Very uncomfortable bus and too much focus on shopping instead of tour - Tour bus was very uncomfortable. No leg room for the seats and bus was full to the point where 4 adults sit in 3 space. Very good tour guide. Explained things nicely. Also too much time wasted on shopping stop and lunch and less time on tour

Not a great experience - The tour guide once we were at the pyramids was pretty good. The driver was well intentioned. But the overall organization of the tour was terrible. We ended up having to take an uber back to the city. There was no cohesive support for the guest experience. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company.

Don’t book this - Teotihuacan is worth the trip, but this was the worst way to get there and enjoy it. The night before the trip we were told to arrive at the pick up spot in Mexico City at 7:40 AM, although I booked a trip to begin at 9 AM. The bus did not show up until 9 AM and it was incredibly uncomfortable, unsafe, and in terrible condition. We were unable to communicate with anybody while we were waiting well over an hour to be picked up and the driver picked up several other people who were also told to arrive almost an hour and a half earlier than necessary. When we arrived, the guide was unapologetic and probably didn’t even know what we had been through. And then he wasn’t all that good. So we left him, walked around the pyramids on her own and then took an Uber back. Terrible experience.

Disappointing to say the least. - One of the worst tour experiences! I booked a 9am tour and was told to be at the pickup spot by 8am. I didn’t get picked up until around 9:30am. The drivers didn’t even have my reservation on their list despite texting me all morning. I had to call their number to prove that I had a reservation. Transportation was a NIGHTMARE to say the least. 12 people squished into the back of a small bus. It was perimeter seating (seats lined along the bus walls) and an overhead bar to hang onto for safety lol I got nauseous the entire 1hr drive to the pyramids. The ad specified that the bus would have AC, which was not the case at all! We then arrived at the wrong entrance and had to wait for 10mins for the driver to get the correct info from their operator. The only positive and star-worthy rating is for our tour guide who met us at the pyramids. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and made it worthwhile. I enjoyed the group your. After the tour finished we then headed to another pickup spot. The bus was lost somewhere around the area and after waiting for nearly 30mins, I decided to get an Uber back to the city. IMO you’re better off getting an Uber to and from the pyramids. It would cost about the same as this tour price. Beware!

Awful experience, do not recommend. - Awful experience! Absolutely not recommend. We waited at the meeting point with small child (we were here 30 minutes before and 40 minutes after) and driver did not came. No one answer on a phone or message us back. Very dissapointed. Just choose someone else.
