My experience was incredible, beyond words! - The trip was unbelievable. Beautiful sites of the pyramids and the team made everyone feel very safe. Sammy was our hostess & she was fantastic & answered all our questions. We also received drone videos & photos from a great guy who I didn’t catch his name. Honestly, especially with the outstanding price for the quality, it’s definitely a must!

Kathy - Nice and memorable experience! Got picked up early in the morning (took a little more than 1h to arrive) and got a good pastry and coffee right away then we had to go pretty quickly up. Great views with good weather! There are drones you can rent if you want videos but they sound a lot. When we landed we got alcohol-free bubbly that we toasted with and then we went to the restaurant to eat some good breakfast.

Amazing! - We were picked up at the right time, all the people were very nice and helpful. Communication was clear. There was a nice suprise for the birthday of my friend. Overall it was a beautiful and fun tour!

Great tour, recommend - This was a great tour, I greatly enjoyed it and the ride itself was smooth! All of the tour guides are knowledgeable and the tour was well organized.

Savage day out altogether - Had a great day out with this company. Picked a group of us up from our hostel in the early hours and flaked out to the take off site where there was nice fire pits lit. Coffee, snacks and marshmallows provided. We then flew over the pyramids for close to an hour and landed again. We went back to home base where we collected our drone videos. Next stop was an all you can eat buffet. Savage grub altogether which also included a Mayan show with drums and fire. Then a small tour next door to the buffet where we learned about obsidian rock and mezcal. Next stop was the pyramids where we had the option of a tour guide but we decided to just free ball it for 90 minutes which was ideal. Then we got dropped back to the city. Great day. I would highly recommend this company. Ohh also many free shots of tequila which was great too (optional)

Amazing experience! - Once in a lifetime experience. Sunrise is beautiful. Food and guide were alright. Only downside is that the pickup was early, but once we got there, we had to wait around.

Be careful with this company and with this activity in general - Be very careful with this company. We made a reservation with them, and our balloon ended up crashing into a house. One person was seriously injured. The problem was that the captain and the company ignored the high wind risks that morning, and the people in charge of stopping the balloon were only three when there should have been eight! This company does not take these high-risk activities seriously, and it could result in a serious accident. Be careful. Tengan mucho cuidado con esta empresa. Nosotros hicimos una reserva con ellos y el globo nuestro terminó chocado contra una casa. Una persona salio gravemente herida. El problema fue que el capitán y la empresa obviaron los riesgos de alto viento de esa mañana y que las personas encargadas de frenar el globo eran solamente 3, cuando debían ser 8! Esta empresa no se toma en serio este tipo de actividades de alto riesgo y puede terminar en un accidente grave. Tengan cuidado.
