- Chef and the City - Join the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, where no prior experience is necessary. Participants will cook together under the expert guidance of the chef and/or his skilled team, so even if you’ve never measured flour, you’re in good hands. While waiting for all guests to arrive, enjoy a cozy dining room (yes, there’s more than just a kitchen) with a welcoming buffet featuring sweet and savory snacks, drinks, tea, and coffee. Participants will prepare 3 or 4 delightful and unique appetizers or 1 dessert from various global cuisines (no “lasagna that I know how to make very well because my classmate’s grandmother Emilia taught me in high school”). Cooking will take place in two 30-minute sessions, with a break in between to reset the kitchen for additional recipes. The final hour is dedicated to savoring the culinary creations, accompanied by a glass of fine wine or a special cocktail from Chef and the City. Enjoy learning, chatting, socializing, and having fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
