Chef and the City - Join the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and become part of the Chef’s team, ready for an authentic pizza “delivery” experience! Begin by mingling at a small welcome buffet provided by the Chef. Shortly after, you’ll start cooking together, under the guidance of the Chef or skilled cooks. Each participant will have their own station on the professional benches, working in groups of 4 - 5 people (as shown in the photos), but everyone will create their own pizza.
Learn the art of kneading authentic pizza dough, which you can take home to bake at your convenience (it requires 8 hours of rising, so for tasting, we’ll use pre-prepared dough). Customize your pizzas with fresh toppings of your choice. The focus is on mastering the technique of making pizza and Tiramisu, the world-renowned dessert that you’ll prepare.
After approximately 2 hours, you’ll sit down to savor your culinary creations. Wine is included (1 bottle for every 3 participants). We’ll bake the pizza for you while you enjoy a delightful glass. Digital recipes (via QR code or photo) will be provided at the end of the experience. Are you ready to dive in and get your hands busy?
