• Chef and the City - You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, you will be part of the Chef’s brigade as if you were working on a real catering!
  You will get to know each other by spicing something from the buffet offered by the Chef. After 10 minutes you will start preparing the real traditional Italian Tiramisu, under the Guide of the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own workstation and you will work on the professional benches, in groups of 2 - 4 people - as you can clearly see from the photos, but everyone will make their own personal tiramisu. You will start with the real Italian coffee made with mocha, we will explain how to use it properly and how to store and maintain the mocha (the Italians are obsessed with it!). If you want of course you can taste some of what you have just made. You will focus on the technique of preparing tiramisu, we will do together all the basic and necessary steps to make the most famous dessert of the Italian tradition. After about an hour you can taste the sweet wonder you have done yourself. At the end of the experience the recipes will be released in digital format (QR code or photo)
