If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance. Not notifying us or arriving late may result in your booking being considered a cancellation, with applicable fees.

The tour will proceed regardless of weather but may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.

Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.

Pregnant guests are not permitted.

Age requirements: SUP — 3 to 59 years old; Canoe — 3 to 65 years old.

Participants weighing over 100 kg cannot join SUP or canoe activities.
